Thanks to kids YouTube adverts, DS has decided he needs an "ugly snugly" and/or a "puppet monster" for Xmas- as far as I can see these aren't available in the UK. The ugly snugly is a big stupid looking cuddly blue panda with a blanket inside, and the puppet monster is like a hat with arms that you can put your hands in (looks a bit like a muppet type thing). Has anyone has seen anything like these around? (Ideally costing peanuts, of course).

Think the studio code was 073 for whoever asked. £10 off £30 spend.

Coffee cups - Waitrose sell pretty ones for just £3 and they work fine (although don't have a cover for the sippy hole). My favourite is my Keep Cup which was definitely under a tenner. I was unimpressed by my E coffee cup. Nothing really wrong just not user friendly.

Can't remember who sorry but someone was after Christmas ducks - spotted these in Dunelm today for £2!

nurse Matalan do usually do 3-4-2 on their baubles, and they also usually do a discount voucher in the run-up (can't remember if it was % off or £ off, though). It has been early November in recent years.

stealthsquiggle · 27/09/2016 17:10

Yeti seems to be the brand that gets widely recommended for coffee cups. I don't have one but am very tempted to ask FC nicely to put one in my stocking and maybe in DH's too

regularbutpanickingabit · 27/09/2016 17:39

Thanks for all the scooter recommendations and everything else. Amazing people!
Humidseptember that German scooter site saves a lot of money but do you end up paying import tax charges?

Thanks!

stealthsquiggle · 27/09/2016 17:46

Well done OhHolyFuck.

Now - important stuff. How much free shopping time do you have left before you start new job Grin?

imsorryiasked · 27/09/2016 17:54

Congrats ohHoly

RobertTheUnicorn · 27/09/2016 18:03

Jesus, is that the referral scheme where you get money also?

LittleReindeerwithcloggson · 27/09/2016 18:05

Have bought a keepcup and a yeti cup - thank you. One is for me!
Please can I now ask for recommendations for a scooter for a very tall 8 year old. Preferable with a turnable steer rather than weight as she is autistic and dyspraxic

Nursenat100 · 27/09/2016 18:07

Thankyou firefly! I thought they did but struggled not to impulse buy today!

JesusDontWantMeForASunbeam · 27/09/2016 18:22

Yes me and whoever I refer get £20 off an order. Sorry had stated that earlier when someone else mentioned it but forgot to add it on to the post a while ago Smile

ninjaturtlesmum · 27/09/2016 18:23

Disneyprincess - I'm not sure if you got the Emma Bridgewater link or not but if not its here will give you a free mug and me £15 off a £75 spend. If you're a new customer you can also use the code WELCOME15UK to get 15% off.

JesusDontWantMeForASunbeam · 27/09/2016 18:24

Oops just checked and I hadn't put me receiving money on other post. Apologies Blush

SweetPeaPods · 27/09/2016 18:24

Does anyone know how the Argos 3 for 2 works. If I order 3 items that are out of stock. When they come into stock will I still get the offer? Thanks!

monkeyfacegrace · 27/09/2016 18:38

Someone just asked about the Tomy ice cream bath toys.

Best I can find is BOGO 1/2 price in Toys r us, so £20 ish for 2.

wyldstile · 27/09/2016 18:41

regular there's no import tax on scooters from that site. I bought 2 last year, and didn't pay any I'm sure.

GerrardWinstanley · 27/09/2016 18:42

Claire's have a flash 40% off sale across what looks like most of the site. Use code SEPT40 at checkout to apply the discount. Ends at 8pm tonight so hurry!!!

BocolateChiscuit · 27/09/2016 18:45

What'a the German scooter site again please?
