I just bought some "winter spice" bleach in Sainsburys. I'm not sure it is going to add much to the festive atmosphere over Xmas but I like to think everything is covered!
I saw those posters on Book People. I'm just going to sound a note of caution which is that I think the Book People now sell a lot of stuff which has been made for them at a cheaper cost rather than surplus stock. I bought a collection of fiction books from them this week to give to a friend for a present but I can't give them to her as they are too cheap & nasty looking with flimsy covers & small print. Actually, I probably will give them to her but along with something else so the overall spend will be the same as if I had got her the proper books.

ShesAStar glad to have helped! I bought the pink base star lamp for my DD and it is absolutely wonderful (arrived this morning via Prime). I've already given it to her rather than wait till Christmas, because even at 9 she still needs something soothing at night. She's not a great fan of the dark. I'm trying to get us away from leaving an actual lamp on overnight and this it just perfect. She can't wait until it gets dark later to try it out

Boa Tesco are selling mulled spice scented washing up liquid atm. I use the dishwasher and never wash by hand, but I still bought a couple because it smells amazing

I've been to B &a M today and got some Christmas table mats. They are the mirror ones and they have glitter writing on of Christmas songs i.e. It's the most wonderful time of the year. They were only £3. I also got a glass milk bottle with milk for Santa written on it. They had some gorgeous bits.

Thank you for the Lands End code! I love their children's clothes and for the quality of the items you can pick up some serious bargains. Grabbed DD 2 hoodies, 4 legging tops and 4 long sleeve tops for just over £100. That's her autumn/winter wardrobe well on the way to being sorted
