Place marking Grin

sglodion · 23/09/2016 21:25

The power is suggestion is amazing. I have no need nor space for a unicorn but I'm literally twitching to buy one. Writing this post to try and distract myself.

WheresTheCoffee · 23/09/2016 21:26

acsec here is the Red subscription link, originally shared by Gooseygirl
I ordered two this morning and they honoured the £6 price. www.hearstmagazines.co.uk/red/erd11014?utmsource=1stparty-ns&utmmedium=email&utmterm=redm20160928septsubsa&utmcontent=button&utmcampaign=solus&mi=%2B9R%2BVD4ReoB7quWo8pNOTQt3fN9DASpNb59rD9YGhDV39XXDsL0tjn3L9DNZ%2BVQn6OdeGGpCDn6x%2BXKDsWC%2BrMHOm%2Bj

Bababoom - Wilkisons sell sylvanian type figures, about a fiver a set I think.

Poppiesway · 23/09/2016 21:35

unicorn shoes just to add to the unicorn theme although they are for adults Grin

Poppiesway · 23/09/2016 21:44

Who posted about Ali express on eBay?
Ive searched Ali express but can't find anything... do they have a specific shop/site on there!?

LotisBlue · 23/09/2016 21:46

Thanks itsonlysubterfuge - the playmobil unicorn is £19.99 so I think I would need to spend 1p more to get the £5 off £20 - off to browse their site for more bargains!

RobertTheUnicorn · 23/09/2016 21:51

Could someone please explain how the invoice payment works with Studio? I have received the goods but not been invoiced yet, and do not want to get in trouble.

Poppiesway · 23/09/2016 21:56

pug poncho for£2!!

DressMe · 23/09/2016 21:59

So I bought a dolls house from one of the earlier threads, but now need some truly bargainous furniture to go in it. It's looking like it's going to cost more to furnish that the house cost! Any ideas?

itmustbemyage · 23/09/2016 22:02

Robert I had huge problems placing an order with Studio but once I managed to do so I found the payment system easy. If you look at your order acknowledgement e-mail it gives you all the details you need to know. When your goods arrive the order documentation will have your account no on it then you can log onto the website and make your payment. I also got an email a couple of days after my goods arrived inviting me to make a payment. I paid for my goods in full , I didn't want credit. I then got a confirmation e-mail back.

LotisBlue · 23/09/2016 22:03

Poppies those unicorn shoes are lovely!

cookiefiend · 23/09/2016 22:05

Sorry poppie I what I meant was of there were things that you might usually buy on Ali express (so today I have been looking at the Kawai stationary, Christmas stuff and cupcake liners) have a look on eBay.com (although you can do .co.uk too but what might be 5 cents on US eBay will be 5p here) and try bidding. Loads of things have no reserve price and free international shipping so you can get things for a few pence.

I was just doing it to see if I could get anything to bulk out my crafty SILs present.

nickdrakeslovechild · 23/09/2016 22:05

I got the playmobil unicorn advent calendar last year for my DD, to be honest it wasn't that great, there were a lot of days she just got a few stalks or flower petals. I would never spend that kind of money on it again. This year she is getting the Barbie one which looks fab.

RobertTheUnicorn · 23/09/2016 22:08

Thank you itmustbemyage Smile That makes sense. They really don't make it easy for you. Shame as they have some great stuff.

CandyMcJingles · 23/09/2016 22:09

Ooh Nick live looked at the Barbie one and you've convinced me of it. I also got the unicorn one last year and DD did actually love it and the larger pieces still get played with but yes, loads of fiddly petals.

VinoTime · 23/09/2016 22:10

Strawberry Christmas chocolate moulds currently £1.48 with free p+p. Delivery was quick Smile

Scaredycat3000 · 23/09/2016 22:30

Some cushion covers arrived from Aliexpress that I'm pleased with. The linen covers come in many subjects and styles, mine are cats, there are xmas ones, dog ones, princess ones, a Big bang theory soft kitty warm kitty one, so many. I'm going to get the inserts off ebay though.

acsec · 23/09/2016 22:34

Thanks WheresTheCoffee I've ordered Red magazine for myself as I might have time to read magazines when baby comes Hmm and I'm intrigued by the mystery goodie bag!

BoaConstrictor · 23/09/2016 22:39

Wooden train set bits... I got some good bigjigs bargains in the Tesco half price earlier this year so it may be worth watching them. Otherwise, set up some camelcamelcamel links as there will be random price drops on Amazon.

ShoppingBasket · 23/09/2016 22:50

On Wish, is there a way of filtering your search results i.e. low to high price please

hopefulgal · 23/09/2016 23:12

A few amazon bargains from camel camel camel -
Owl babies book 2.10
Melissa and doug horse stables with horses 11.99

evelynj · 23/09/2016 23:45

Just ordered some lovely looking personalised needlepoint stockings from lands end in the sale already and another 30% off with code AUTUMN30 so without monogramming they are just £9.60

They also have some lovely boys glow in the dark t shirts with space stuff or deep sea animals on them. The stockings were rec'd in another thread and I'm really looking forward to them arriving

Argos third off Lego doesn't cover Ninjago.
Sad

FoxTeaParty · 23/09/2016 23:54

People who have orderes the red subscription - do you pay the £6 outright or does it take £1 a month? Also does it say when you receive the bag?
