Will I never learn? Talking advent calendars with DD1 this morning and I mumbled something about maybe I could make you home made ones. DD jumped for joy - because that would make it "special". On the plus side I can do it cheaply. But I have to come up with 48 mini gifts now and I'm having an imagination fail . Would putting things in numbered envelopes look rubbish? I'm probably not going to have the time to sew 2 advent calendars

Mine is for my 5 year old, but I did think my 9 year, (who likes a light on at night) might like one too.

Thank you so much to the person who used my Cornerstone referral link I was able to buy the face scrub, shave cream and post-shave balm for £6.00 to add to the box with the razors. The whole lot set me back £10 instead of £30 - so pleased with that and what a brilliant gift it'll make.

I did numbered envelopes (wilko money envelopes) last year. I used pegs and string looked better than it sounded

I've got the Pokemon from this thread for this year.
