Checking in and waiting to see what the new thread will bring

Found this LED Christmas tree folding card on amazon.
I've had my eye on it for a while, its been £1.25 for ages but has just fallen in price to 91p.
Rewiews say some of them don't light up as well, so might be a bit of a risk but I thought they'd make a nice Christmas card for anyone special as they can use them for a cool decoration as well.

Place marking. Thanks all Flowers

SpaghettiMeatballs · 02/09/2016 07:30

I love the M&S food brochure. DH works abroad regularly clocking up £1000's in expenses on the M&S card so we are always rich in M&S vouchers by Christmas. I'm sure I got it beginning of October last year. Order by 15th November for free wine?

Thanks for these threads

RumAppleGinger · 02/09/2016 08:04

Thanks for the new thread.

I really need to get up into the loft and make a list of what I've actually bought so far! At the moment I'm just smuggling it into the house and throwing it in the nearest hidey hole.

Mummyshortlegz · 02/09/2016 08:12

ladylambkin just a warning my bag has broken and I am waiting to hear back from their customer services about a refund. The strap is held on with two metal u shapes with a pin screwed through. One of my pins will not stay screwed up and then suddenly fails. I went with it the first two times but it's obviously a fault. I'm a bit concerned that customer services have not got back to me yet. I'll let you know if I have any issues with a refund.

Accessories Kit for GoPro £6.99 on Amazon (you can redeem a voucher for £2 from the promotional messages list), great reviews and seems to fit all of them Smile.

GinAndSonic · 02/09/2016 08:21

RJ i can't see that rum on flaviar, sorry

monkeyfacegrace · 02/09/2016 08:28

Marking my spot!

Wait4nothing · 02/09/2016 08:39

Thank for the new thread 😃

AdmiralCLingus · 02/09/2016 08:40

RJ that rum isn't on flaviar. They have got lots of gin I've never heard of though.....

Only just noticed I've been quoted in the title! Blush

monkeyfacegrace · 02/09/2016 08:42

Bloody hell, not even 9am and I've just placed yet another amazon order for that go pro set. Had to make it up to £20 so also bought the helicopter ball thingymajig (why/who for?!), and a butterfly garden kit.

I'm going to go bankrupt by Christmas.

AdmiralCLingus · 02/09/2016 08:43

Oooh I had £25 credit on flaviar so I've just bought myself a bottle of gin for £2! (Not that I need anymore in my collection!) Thanks for reminding me to have a look on the website RJ!

Aftershock15 · 02/09/2016 08:48

Mipe that GoPro stuff only has good reviews from people who have been sent a free set to review. If you look at the 1 star reviews from the verified purchasers they are less positive.

Baeb · 02/09/2016 08:48

Thanks for the new thread Reastie!

Question - does anyone know if Lepin is as good as Lego? BIL collects the stuff but can't afford some of the new sets. I was thinking it might help his displays at least but it's not always the same look is it?

LBOCS2 · 02/09/2016 08:49

I went and collected my talking unicorn from The Entertainer yesterday, and when I picked it up the shop assistant commented that I was lucky to get one because they'd been mentioned on a forum and had sold out extremely fast. I wonder which forum that was then?! Grin (they still had cats and dogs in stock).

D27 can't remember how much I paid, but I got a load of those from Amazon last year and they were really cool. They light up fine if you click them properly, and they stay lit. I gave it to about 10 people with their present (I used them as gift tags!) and they all asked where I got them from
