Strawberry have you looked at the wicked uncle website? I've found some good things for my dc on there.

I've got the toilet game in my 'saved for later' basket...still considering it! Blush

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 04/09/2016 12:42

strawberry how about nano blocks if he likes construction things as a stocking filler. They are like lego but tiny bricks. I picked some up in poundshop last year but wilkinsons had then too. Like this: nanoblockuk.com/miniature.html

Really sorry to ask about the razors again, but I did witter on in the last thread but can't see any answer . . .

Do you have to use their razor blades, in that you're locked in to them? And, do you just get a razor when you sign up, or a box with cream etc in it too?

Many thanks!

HungryHorace · 04/09/2016 12:48

You can buy the cream etc if you want it, but it isn't compulsory (though the razor and blades come in a box with gaps if you don't get them).

I've not checked the blades but I assume you're tied in.

DownHereInTheHorridHouse · 04/09/2016 12:48

And, the cornerstone website seems to be charging me £20 after a £10 discount has been applied!

RaeSkywalker · 04/09/2016 12:49

Down I'm fairly certain that only their blades will fit their razor. If you only want to spend £4 (£10 off for using a referral), you get the razor and 6 blades (1 already attached). I think it's a bargain, will probably buy the cream etc to bulk the gift out nearer Christmas.

RaeSkywalker · 04/09/2016 12:50

Sorry, cross posted. Have you unselected everything apart from the razor?

DownHereInTheHorridHouse · 04/09/2016 12:54

Ah right thank you! I've unselected it all and you're right. So, you just get a razor that you're locked into, and a box with gaps that will look odd unless you fill them? That seems a bit rubbish - you can get a razor for that in the shops can't you? Am I missing something?

woodwaj · 04/09/2016 13:10

15% off

Lost my name

FeelingSmurfy · 04/09/2016 13:19

The razor looks great and I plan to put the razor and blades with some shaving gel in a box and wrap together, if I can get friend or family member to sign up through my link it will be cornerstone stuff, if not just something from superdrug.

Balletgirlmum · 04/09/2016 13:29

A good quality reusable razor & blades will cost more than & £4. Dh recently paid £12 though there is a Gilette one on offer in Superdrug at the moment for around £5

Mummyshortlegz · 04/09/2016 13:33

So the razor and blades is £4 which is about the same as the aldi one. But it is engraved and nice quality. If you get someone to use your link you can then get another £10 off and use it against the products. Luckily for me several of you lovely lot used mine and I got the wash bag and I'll be putting the razor and blades in there.

Ginger4justice · 04/09/2016 13:33

Hi! Can someone link to the candy floss maker? I can't find the link in amongst everything else.
I've never been so organised for Christmas. :)
Thanks!

EnglishRose1320 · 04/09/2016 13:38

I only need two things and then my shopping for stocking fillers is done! Looking for a book suitable for a 6yr old ds ideally around the £1/2 mark and pyjamas for an 11yr old ds, ideally around the £5/6 ish mark.

Don't seem to have any bargains to add myself at the moment, everyone on here is too quick!

FireflyGirl · 04/09/2016 14:06

Had a bit of a giggle that PiratePete has come on asking for a discount pirate ship... Grin

In reply to your question, it's difficult to say if it will be reduced before Christmas, but the Happyland stuff is often reduced to half price at ELC/Mothercare, so personally I'd wait until late November and see if it comes up before then. Otherwise, there are usually 20% off codes floating about on here.

Allhallowseve · 04/09/2016 14:09

Thanks just ordered the laser pegs rocket hoping it will be good for 8 year old dnephew

Thanks!

BustingOut · 04/09/2016 14:22

Does anyone know if you can use the elc 20% discount code against something that is already in the sale? I'm severely tempted by the half price happyland village!

LittleReindeerwithcloggson · 04/09/2016 14:25

Has anyone tried that candy floss maker? Don't really need it but am very tempted for the DC as a Christmas Eve present

Allhallowseve · 04/09/2016 14:28

If anyone spots any bargainous nice sunscreen for teens or any holiday accessories in sales id be eternally grateful planning on doing a hamper for dsis and upcoming hol.

LostMyRubySlippers · 04/09/2016 14:53

bustingout yes you can use the 20% on sale stuff. I am tempted by the happyland house.. Had a bday code which I thought had expired but when I put it in it still worked..Smile

BustingOut · 04/09/2016 15:13

Thank you RubySippers I had most of the happyland toys before but gave them away when my youngest was 4. Was not counting on getting pregnant at 40 and having to buy them all again! !! If anyone has an unused elc code iwould be eternally grateful!

LostMyRubySlippers · 04/09/2016 15:17
