Tee her. The 6" one would keep his feet warm! He has nerve damage in his feet due to his aneurysm and he's feeling the cold for the first time in his life. I will look on Amazon though.

MissRainbowBrite · 23/11/2015 16:37

TobleroneBoo I may have just purchased a giant unicorn from Home Bargains for DD. She has had her eye on it for a while, it's lovely and is now living in the back of my wardrobe until I decide how on earth to wrap it!

mummy23kiddies · 23/11/2015 16:43

indyandlara In primark they had loads of lovely tartan blankets and fleeces not sure of price tho

ThenLaterWhenItGotDark · 23/11/2015 16:45

Bath and Unwind offering a "free Elemis gift" with purchases today. (NB remember last year when we all ran for the free gift and it was a bath melt which was about 1cm square, so don't expect a mahoosive luxury Elemis gift!)

ihatethecold · 23/11/2015 16:46

Beaboo
we went to TKMaxx today and got my DNeice a cuddly elephant that you put in the microwave to become warm and snuggly, they had lots of different animals and costed about £7.99

ShebaQueen · 23/11/2015 16:57

If anyone is looking for jewellery gifts, Dinny Hall has 50% off the cushion collection here www.dinnyhall.com/collections/cushion it's gorgeous stuff for a special present

BeaBoo · 23/11/2015 16:58

Wow thanks for all the suggestions! I didn't think of books, as daft as that sounds. That may be a really good idea as I can get them all in one sweep. **

Pinkladymel i originally wanted to get the money boxes for the girls as they had a unicorn and a princess but the princess box seems to have disappeared online Sad I don't want to get them identical ones as they are sisters.

ShebaQueen · 23/11/2015 16:58

Sorry, should have added that the Dinny Hall discount is for 48 hours only

TobleroneBoo · 23/11/2015 17:13

Rainbow there is a YouTube video of a very patient cat being gift wrapped ( apart from the head!) something similar perhaps or, as I would do, bloody massive gift bag GrinGrin

allisbrightandshiney · 23/11/2015 17:22

Thanks exasperated I just got loads of craft things from ELC.

FreddieBoswellsHair · 23/11/2015 17:22

I have bought my boys, 7 and 3, flashlight friends for Christmas. They are a cuddly toy with a torch in the tummy and I paid £7 each from amazon, they are super soft and would definitely be suitable for 2 years up.
If anyone does buy one check to see if there is a tab in the battery pack if they don't appear to be working! I didn't and thought they had arrived broken until I had a brainwave and checked. The air was blue before that though Blush

Pinkladymel · 23/11/2015 17:30

Last year we bought a massive shark from IKEA and it looked awesome next to his presents on Christmas morning... So maybe unwrapped with a big bow?

PamelaEwing · 23/11/2015 17:32

ihatethecold card factory are doing 3 rolls of 3m of giftwrap for £1 (so 9m for £1). Waitrose also had nice giftwrap, as do Matalan :)

BeaBoo · 23/11/2015 17:42

Freddie they sound good. Will look them up, thanks

ExasperatedAlmostAlways · 23/11/2015 17:47

Kavv do you have a link to the skirt? I'm a bit hmm with leather skirts to be honest. I quite like pencil ones with a mice top and heels on a night out but do think they can sometimes look a bit frumpy and try hard on some people in other styles.

I don't agree with the hooker comment but asked my husband what he thought about it being hookerish and he said sounds kinda like it! Men!

LovelyWeatherForDucks · 23/11/2015 17:50

Few good bits in the ELC sale - Melissa and Doug sets for £4 (horse stamp set, a bead set, some wooden stacking toys, all down from 9.99) and the happyland or Toybox Christmas sets for £4 instead of £10.

margaritasbythesea · 23/11/2015 17:51

Thanks for the elc link Exasperated. I got the Melissa and Doug nativity for dd for £8.

Pooseyfrumpture · 23/11/2015 18:06

I couldn't find any cellophane wrap in Lidl Shock Any ideas on where else to get some? Is it just our Lidl?

WhirlwindHugs · 23/11/2015 18:08

Ikea generally do a plain large fleece for about £1. Usually no colour choice. The furry one sounds nice though, I'm sure there was a deal on those last year that i just missed!

Knitpicks (us wool website, check you're on the uk page, free shipping to uk though) has an up to 85% off sale including some good quality wool and equipment.

WhirlwindHugs · 23/11/2015 18:10

Sorry, that's wrong - free shipping over £40. Also the uk site uses GB£s but still has everything described in US terms, I had to look up wool term conversions!

kavvYourselfAMerryLittleXmas · 23/11/2015 18:16

Exasperated I know! I was really in the fence about them til I saw one styled like a normal A line skirt with a jumper and boots. I'm still not 100% to be fair.

I can't see the exact one on the website but this one was very similar.

kavvYourselfAMerryLittleXmas · 23/11/2015 18:20

Looks very much like the one in the vid tustyle.sainsburys.co.uk/top-to-toe-layering/

Sorry I don't mean to hijack (sprinkles bargains everywhere)
