Nectar double is still on tomorrow right? It's the only day I can go.

ThenLaterWhenItGotDark · 23/11/2015 14:18

This is the link for Yves Rocher with the first item in basket free.....I've just noticed (haven't done mine yet) that unlike other years only some items are eligible to be the first free item, there is a yellow square next to the product. Still some ££££ perfumes/skincare though. Will do it later and see what I can get.

I'm so cross - the Playmobil Summer Fun Hotel was 49.99 yesterday on Amazon, so I decided to be sneaky and use Flubit to see if any other retailer would match the price or better it. I got a better offer through Flubit for £45.95 and placed the order last night - now its been cancelled without notification, and the hotel is now £96.15 on Amazon!! Aargh!!

babsmam · 23/11/2015 14:31

Exasperated yes go to customer service, or some stores have a dedicated till.
The Dr doc yes it finishes end of tomorrow

Partybugs · 23/11/2015 14:31

Countingdown
I was in home bargains yesterday and they had onesies for £6.99. It was a pug dog one I saw.

10% voucher for Kids Like Me (lovely independent shop) code: winter10

AFingerofFudge · 23/11/2015 14:45

Well I reckon I should stick to online shopping. Went to my nearest (not that near!) big town today - Cheltenham, to hopefully pick up an M&S beauty calendar - none left!
Then I went to Hotel Chocolat and bought some chocolates as gifts to send to rellies in Ireland. On my way home from the car to the house, the bottom of the bag split, they fell out, and now Rudolph has a big crack in his face, and the other chocolate has broken too! I then had to spend ages on the phone to them, not the most helpful person I've come across, but they said if I email them photos and the receipt then they might do something. All I want is non broken chocolate!!
No bargains to report either - sorry!

A link might help! Grin I'll try again ...

Yep zipzap I think Sainsburys just don't want people doing it, most chaotic promotion I've ever seen.

I must say I was underwhelmed this year. Last year I had £70 Nectar points and managed to double up to £140 across clothes toys wine and Christmas stuff.

This year since the change to Nectar points accumulation and my slip from brand loyalty to dabbling with bargain Aldi shopping a bit more I only had a piddly £20 in points. Doubled to £40 so better than a kick in the pants.

I bought a knee length A line leather skirt on a whim. Thought it quite stylish until DH informed me that in his experience men think women in leather skirts look like hookers. He hastened to add that if I liked it I should wear it but that they don't appreciate the 'fashion' it's just the material. Trying to stick to my guns as I really like it but having second thoughts...

ToddlerTantrums · 23/11/2015 14:54

Just been to the Range they have gorgeous Frozen baseball jackets only 7.99

kavvYourselfAMerryLittleXmas · 23/11/2015 14:54

I was going to wear it with a fluffy jumper and shoe boots rather than boob tube and Perspex platforms if that helps - talk me down people!

My Dad has just announced that he would like a fleece blanket for Christmas. Can anyone recommend a bargain one?

Pinkladymel · 23/11/2015 15:42

Does anyone have an elc birthday club code going spare please? I'd be so so greatful! If so, please message me.

ipanicked · 23/11/2015 15:50

ThenLaterWhenItGotDark · 23/11/2015 15:54

Salon Skincare- just got an email saying £10 off £20 with SSCF32. Don't know if it works though, it seems a high discount for them, but you're welcome to try!

whatsitallabout1 · 23/11/2015 16:08

Ipanicked & Indy - watch out - the 98p one is just a six inch sample!

ihatethecold · 23/11/2015 16:12

I ended up getting 2 lots of lovely wrapping paper for free from WHSMITH with my priority app.

BeaBoo · 23/11/2015 16:20

I need to get something extra for my nieces/nephews. I've bought them all pyjamas but need to spend an extra £5-7 on an extra present to go with them. Would rather avoid chocolate/sweets if possible. It would be much easier if I could get them all something similar but the girls are 7 & 4 and the boys are 4 & almost 2 so I've got no chance. Any ideas?

Pinkladymel · 23/11/2015 16:27

Beaboo have you seen the gorgeous money boxes in Matalan? Unicorns for the girls and superhero for the boys? (Or vice versa if the lad is anything like mine). The pictures online do not do them justice.

kiwidreamer · 23/11/2015 16:29

Beaboo what about books? three Julia Donaldson ones for the younger and then an Usborne lift the flap book in theme of your choice???

My DD is 4.5yrs and is getting the Unicorn JD book.

Or JD for the youngest and My First Readers for the 4yr olds and lift the flap for the 7yr old??

Eva50 · 23/11/2015 16:31

BeaBoo how about torches. Ds3 is 9 and still loves a torch/light of any sort and dgs (3) is also smitten. Failing that you can't go wrong with books.

TobleroneBoo · 23/11/2015 16:31

I know there was demand for Unicorn bits and bobs on here before - Apparently Home Bargains are selling big lilac and pink fluffy ones for £11.99
I kinda want one for myself
