We had a thread like this last year and I thought it was a good idea.

I don't mean the usual items that you can get all year round but to post when shops get their main christmas stock in.

I've noticed John Lewis has started having a few christmas bits online, but nothing is actually in stock yet.

I went a couple of weeks ago and there was minimal.

Tesco had some gift sets in yesterday and an aisle full of hideously overpriced Xmas chocolates. I've got some vouchers to double up online but I'm waiting to see what Boots has to offer on their 3 for 2.

Also, hobby craft have their Christmas stuff in and I went a bit mad yesterday!

Can anyone remember when m&s start doing the half price offers on chocs and biscuits pls? Last year, they had a couple of offers, each week. I have a fair few foodie gifts to buy, so thought I'd hang on a bit!

My local boots were putting out all the Christmas stock today. Really cute kids clothes too
