Christmas bargain thread 22 - single figures until Christmas

If I’ve missed anything good from any last threads onto the list please let me know.

I've been a bit rubbish and not updated from last thread. But things are settling down for Christmas now so I'm working on the basis it's more a share of sales bits coming up/how the presents went down on the big day.

I was in Sainsburys earlier and lots of their toys are reduced to the same prices as in their October toy sale eg Toot Toot cars are £4.49.

Re: Sainsburys, does anyone know when the best time to go is to get good discounts post Christmas? I went last year and got some great gifts for this Christmas as they were desperate to get rid of them and still had loads of stock (e.g. cuddly father christmas from £7 to about 50p) but they had run out of crackers etc. I'm not sure when to go. Maybe 27th? Can anyone remember their experiences from last year?

Been to the co op today.
They are selling off crackers and decs - 75% off.
Ditto toiletry gifts.
I got some lip gloss for 25p and a gift for Dhs cousin for £2.50

Wh Smiths online sale has started, lots of Christmassy bows & ribbons, some are 29p for £5.99 ribbons.

Reastie I have a relative who works at Sainsbury's who does all the shelf ticket changes so will ask them later and let everyone know.

Nanny that would be fab.

Just had an email from debenhams. Their sale starts online tomorrow and in store on Boxing Day.
