eBay goodies:
There's a big "Payday Wow weekend" being advertised on the the eBay daily deals page, which looks like it might be interesting.
If I said the words "Mouldable Plastic Pellets"
That doesn't sound very exciting does it?
But there's videos and pictures of what people have been making with these all over facebook.
What you do is put some pellets in a bowl of really hot water, wait about a minute and scoop the stuff back out. Let it cool for a few seconds and you can make ANYTHING you want. When it cools down properly you can driver a car over it, or smash it with a hammer and it wont break.
Had a look around, and while there were a few places doing a whole range of sizes down to 100g packs (good if you want to just try it out), the best option seems to be a 250g pack, which was 4.20 + £1.60 delivery from this uK ebay shop with 100% positive feedback.
I reckon this is the best value way to try this stuff out. Not all that expensive at all, and it looks totally amazing. There's lots of different trade names, like poly morph and polymould, ad plastimake, but it all looks like the same stuff. If you google polymorph or any of the names you can watch videos or see pics of all the cool things people have made. I will try and upload a screenshot...
