Hello lovely bargain hunters.
I've had to stay clear this year due to massive over buy last year!!
However, DS has just announced , once everything has been bought, that the ONLY thing he wants is a bat cave....
Has anyone seen a bargainous imaginext bat cave?
Also does anyone have it? Is it any good, or just more plastic tut?

RJ dp used to drive me mad by telling me what he would like for Christmas and then buying it for himself! now I leave it til the last minute. This year he's getting some tools he wanted - not very exciting - and a few bits I've picked up with the help of this thread - that's what's so great about this thread as he would never think to buy himself stuff from yves rocher, Charles wotsit, flavourly etc.

Did anyone get a flavourly box this year?

Just ordered the minecraft Blockopedia book on Amazon at £14, phew! Not sure what happened last night. I searched for it and t was saying £30 but when I looked on waterstones it was discounting from 30 to 20 and I was sure Amazon would have it cheaper.
This morning it says £14 and no mention of its previous price
All very confusing, but no worries as I got that (and shitloads of other stuff) and dds will be really happy.

Mootime We've got both imaginext batcaves at home - New and older style. I think the older style one is much better (it's taller than the new one and more of a grey colour.) The older one just seems to have more to do with it and DS has played with it regularly since he was 5 (now 7) He's also got the Gotham city jail and various baddies - both he and DD(5) really love putting playmobil figures into the mix, too! The newer one barely gets touched, so is going on ebay to make room.
So, yes - we think it's pretty good...I bet you'd be able to get the older model for a good price on ebay.
