I saw some cheap Xmas jumpers in home bargains

kiwidreamer · 04/12/2014 13:18

I got Xmas jumpers in Aldi today, £5.99 and acrylic but its only going to be worn a few times and wont fit next yr so it was fine with me!!

pantshavenames · 04/12/2014 13:25

Went RL shopping today. Whsmith had a monster tail loom band at 75% off, down to £1.99, the works had the Lego play book for a fiver, tk maxx had lots of Melissa and doug play food etc that my DD is too old for ( sob) oh and peacocks had Elsa dresses in but I didn't look too closely in case I twitched. DD became smitten with Frozen last month and has been asking constantly for the soft dolls. Thanks to you lot I'd already got them from Aliexpress so I am really pleased with myself. Smile
Also my home bargains had polished metal clipboards for 99p. I thought they might work quite well as part of a doctors kit for holding important medical records on.

DS2(4) has asked Father Christmas for a badger. He did the same last year and he got a lovely badger soft toy. But he's given it to his younger sister now as he said FC will bring him a new one. I don't really want to get another soft toy, but was thinking of maybe getting the Sylvanian Families badger family instead. Can anybody recommend a particular set or somewhere really bargainous to get some from, thanks.

Mama1980 · 04/12/2014 13:41

Not sylvanian but ikea have lovely soft toy badgers £5 at the moment. He has a little jacket. Have got him for my ds (6)

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 04/12/2014 13:47

I've got 2 Aldi Christmas jumpers, they are very jolly and bright. Kids very happy! They seem small for their size, if in doubt size up.

DrankSangriaInThePark · 04/12/2014 14:55

Geo website (lovely rocks, crystals, dinosaur digging thingies) offering 15% off with code cracker.

Got dd some stones and crystals in a chest one Christmas and she loved them. Great customer service. (think they are something to do with National Geographic) www.juniorgeo.co.uk/

My primark light up jumper came up on one of my bargain sites as half price today, so their kids jumpers may be reduced too x

RosieBdy · 04/12/2014 16:04

Glad you managed to get some Reastie - pretty case sounds nicer than Lidl ones anyhow!

PamelaEwing · 04/12/2014 16:26

Thanks to whoever mentioned the Lindt 3 boxes for £5 offer at One Stop. Went there today and they had them and loads of offers on things, so I shall have to go back regularly!

Tescos have the Anna & Elsa dresses for 13.50 instore.

janx · 04/12/2014 16:45

DilysMoon · 04/12/2014 16:52

Klaxon! The bargainous silver fur throw on amazon from many threads ago is back in stock. Not quite as bargainous at £4 + £2.95 postage but still good value and had good reviews.

Nanny25 · 04/12/2014 17:06

Does anyone have a money off voucher for instore at Halfords? Thing I wanted has gone up in price, it wasn't available for home delivery and I wasn't able to get to shop until today. Would be much appreciated.
