Local tescos had a set of three Cressida Cowell books for a fiver yesterday - HTTYD, How To Be A Pirate and How To Speak Dragonese. May be useful for someone?

MooseyMoo · 01/12/2014 07:02

Oooh twitched on the Playmobil police car. DS (3yo) will love it though (& so will I as it only flashes - no noise!)

divabroad · 01/12/2014 07:05

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 01/12/2014 07:18

Was just coming on to post the Gap offer but diva has beaten me to it. On my email though it says it's 40% off full price styles and free delivery.

Joycey29 · 01/12/2014 07:35

Gap code was a life saver!
Did massive shop on Fri at 50 % but missed three people's gifts.
Now I ve done all but a few fillers!

Argos have the fitbit flex at £59 but use discount code fit30 for 30% off bringing it down to £41.99! Not quite tescos £40 but with click and collect it's not bad.

Does anybody know how I add the code for click and collect.
Thank you.

I just purchased a basketball hoop and stand I never considered until all DC's they would love one. Expensive twitch has left me twitching!!!! Confused

MaddestOfTheHatters · 01/12/2014 09:18

Amazon have these O.S.P. Osprey leather wallets for £13.45 which I thought were bargainous.

Have a couple of other more expensive styles too, but not a bad price for Osprey.

IHeartKingThistle · 01/12/2014 09:18

Is the snow glow elsa the toddler one that sings? Tesco near me (Aldershot) had a couple in on Friday so I think stock must still be trickling through.

spaghettiarms1 · 01/12/2014 09:42

Ooo Aldershot Tesco! I used to go there every day on lunch breaks till I moved away. Did they ever build the cinema where the old multi-storey car park was?
Anyway, sorry about that, erm yes, Christmas!
Haven't got a bargain to share right now

IHeartKingThistle · 01/12/2014 09:47

Grin at anyone getting nostalgic about Aldershot Tesco!

Yes they did build the cinema!

margaritasbythesea · 01/12/2014 09:53

Happy 1st December!

Thanks for the link to the Met appeal.

Can anyone remember the free parcel deal from about ten threads ago? And does anyone know if it covers postage abroad?

spaghettiarms1 · 01/12/2014 09:56

Thanks IHeart that's good to know Xmas Grin!
(I shall of course now sleep soundly at night knowing the good people have a nice cinema to go to!) --never gave it a thought till now just in case anyone is concerned!--

BettyBitesBums · 01/12/2014 10:01

Aaagh I can't decide whether to get my christmas tree now on the Amazon lightning deals or wait a couple of weeks as previously planned. Damn these lightning deals!!!

GreenEyedMonster14 · 01/12/2014 10:07

Google stock informer for snow glow elsas.

GreenEyedMonster14 · 01/12/2014 10:09

It's also worth looking on very and isme as they let you buy snow glow elsa once they know they are awaiting stock (then send them once they ARE in stock) so it wont show up on the stock informer as 'in stock'

Sorry I hope that makes sense? Confused

marne2 · 01/12/2014 10:18

Just twitched and added the stomp rocket to my basket on Amazon along with another item to make up to over £10, got to check out and the stomp rocket was showing at full price and not the lightening deal price so had to put it back ( didn't want to risk buying it and having to contact Amazon ), maybe it's a sign that I have bought enough already, maybe I don't really need a stomp rocket in my life Sad.

butterflymum · 01/12/2014 10:28

I bought this pig and this panda at Poundland. Small packet is ideal size for a stocking filler.

SantasFavouriteHo · 01/12/2014 10:32

I need some nice chocolates/biscuits/edibles to finish off, any deals anywhere?! Preferably online as DS1 still off pre-school with the plague...

SantasFavouriteHo · 01/12/2014 10:35

Buy one, get one half price on the big yankee candles on their website here

SantasFavouriteHo · 01/12/2014 10:36

40% off at Zatchels

Ilisten2thesoundofdrums · 01/12/2014 10:39

Grrr! M&S have just cancelled the remaining part of my order from the 20% friends and family 2 weeks ago after delaying it and now hte product doesn't even show on the website.
I found what I want on the BHS site but it wont let me onto the page to check stock. - is it me or their site this morning? Is anyone else having the same problems?

DrankSangriaInThePark · 01/12/2014 10:54

SantasFavouriteHo- try Crabtree and Evelyn, they have nice biscuits in singing tins etc. The tins are half price at the mo, and everything else is 40% off if you sign up for their newsletter. (or was yesterday!) There is cashback as well.

SantasFavouriteHo · 01/12/2014 10:57

Estée Lauder bargain at John Lewis £62 for £180 worth of stuff (apparently)
