ilove Boots and photobox both have offers (40% off supposedly)on photo books at the moment.
Admittedly I haven't studied the offers too closely at the moment, as I haven't even organised the photos yet, but hoping to do the same as you!

VotePedroPony · 28/11/2014 23:02

Thanks so much Jenni the Wauwaa code for 50% off worked for me too! Got a Melissa & Doug Christmas tree puzzle, a joules top and some Nici cuddlies - should have been £70 got for £35! Flowers for you my dear!

moonblues · 28/11/2014 23:02

Thanks for the Adidas code DirtyDancer. Starting to feel a little more organised... Though nowhere near done!

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 28/11/2014 23:09

ilove Albelli usually have an offer on for £15 off your first photobook with them. Think it takes the cheapest one down to £3 but makes it £5 with P+P.

2kidsintow · 28/11/2014 23:09

The currys site has been a pain to get on tonight. I had to wait in their queue for ages.... despite it telling me I'd get on in 6 mins. Then watched the cute little walking man stop and stand still for many minute.

It paid off tho as I've been able to get the rather practical present of an electric blanket for my parents for £13 each (they have the adjustable beds and have a single each, with the extra toasty bit by your toes). The site kept glitching so I had to keep refreshing and be patient, but then it went through. :)

My parents will love them.

YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn · 28/11/2014 23:10

Albelli offer

Trumpton · 28/11/2014 23:13

LucyTheValiant
And anyone else interested in Kindle Paperwhite .
Just bought one from John Lewis for £79 . Cheapest I have seen and £10 cheaper than this morning .

OhCuntmasTree · 28/11/2014 23:34

sparkly I'm sorry I didn't read it properly! Picked it up on a whim cuz someone had mentioned it earlier in the thread and just looked for the code rather than reading the actual information Sad

cece · 28/11/2014 23:36

Thanks for the dc website. DS1 loves dc anything, and his pile was considerably smaller than the other two.

yumyumpoppycat · 29/11/2014 00:07

Thanks also for dc website from me!

cookiefiend · 29/11/2014 00:09

NOOOOOO

I had a code for £10 off a £25 spend at matalan which expired tonight. Having spent ages choosing my basket it took me an unexpectedly long time to check out- just as I entered the promo code the clock turned to 0000 and I hit enter and a message popped up and said that the code had expied. I am kicking myself for not sorting it out earlier. Grr.

Currys was quite disappointing I thought. Most of Black Friday was. I am glad I wasn't really waiting for it.

I wanted to finish my shopping ny the start of December, but still need things for both my sisters in law, DF and DSM.

daddykyller · 29/11/2014 01:17

A lot of the shops seem to have stuck a big SALE sticker on a bunch of things and then sat back and watched, while the crowds snapped them all up. There weren't a lot of real mega-bargains at all really- there were a few of course, but limited stock that was all snapped up within 5 minutes of going on sale :(

At midnight when it all kicked off all the websites crashed - and all the tabs I had saved open in readiness just wouldn't show - lol- serves me right I suppose for being so anally organised (for a change).
The only site that remained working for ages for me was Amazon's Lightning deals-Black Friday deals page. those are still running as well all through the weekend- and probably beyond into December I think.
But yet again- the popular ones will go fast.

I saw this collection of Black Friday / cyber monday deals and offers somewhere- so I'm going to shamelessly rip it off and post it here for everyone :D -
a lot of stuff is ongoing all weekend

Little Tikes Classic Coupe coming up on Amazon Lightning deals at 8AM, as is the Galt Tiny Trike.

waithorse · 29/11/2014 07:06

Cookie, ring up and say the website was running slow. I bet you anything they honour the code.

mamapants · 29/11/2014 07:14

Not sure if this has already been on but found this in a magazine that I was using to light the fire this morning- very code 4tgjp it's for thirty off a sixty spend. Valid until the end of Feb.

ihatethecold · 29/11/2014 07:16

I need to buy my grandma a new blender.
I will need to be delivered to her.
She has asked for a white or white and chrome one.
Any offers anyone has spotted.
The Argos eBay link above has one but it's still £29.99

Thanks

mamapants · 29/11/2014 07:41

To stollen or not to stollen?
Weird to have such different reviews.
I got a sample of panettone while I was in store and that was really nice.
Nice to be given samples too they were giving out mulled wine, fruit juices, cheeses and various nibbles. You don't get that at tesco

Danceasifnooneswatching · 29/11/2014 07:49

Anyone have a code for joules??

Also looking for a cheap basic laptop that ds can play minecraft on, anyone seen anything? Grin

margaritasbythesea · 29/11/2014 08:04

Does anyone have a matalan code? I have one beginning dec 10th but we are going away just after that so csnt use it. Thankyou if you do!

TheFantasticMrsFox · 29/11/2014 08:07

meer what sort of iPad case are you after?
I'm afraid my knowledge of pretty, dainty cases is a little limited but if you need something a little more rugged, I can thoroughly recommend the Griffin Survivor case. Not cheap but almost indestructible. DH has had one for 18 months and takes his iPad to work every day. I took it out last weekend to clean it and the iPad is as new and shiny as the day it came out of its box :)
DS also has a cheap copy from amazon, which is not as good but does the job and was a quarter of the price :)

AuntieMaggie · 29/11/2014 08:26

birch box £5 for first box with NOV5

meerschweinchen · 29/11/2014 09:20

MrsFox It's for my dh, so a rugged type of case is fine! Thanks for the recommendation, it looks really good. The only other type of case I was considering was the sort which flip out to turn into a stand, but I don't know how good they are, or at least how good the cheaper version are!

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 29/11/2014 09:25
