Thanks for the quote spotty

As previously, if you shot a link in the OP links isn’t working/no longer in date, please let me know by posting in bold so I can easily see to update Thanks

I'm getting a bit sporadic in what makes it to the OP (I can't put everything on or it would take up the whole thread!) so if you think I've missed something good please let me know.

I wonder if I've missed the boat on a discounted Snow Glow Elsa? DD saw one in a Youtube video review that came up spontaneously and went mad for it. Confused

RJnomore · 16/10/2014 20:19

The first avengers coaster I looked at was £6.99 postage!

Found the more reasonably priced ones now thank you.

TenMinutesEarly · 16/10/2014 20:20

Has anyone seen the foot tall nutcracker dolls in costco this year? I need a new one. Thanks!

missmakesstuff · 16/10/2014 20:28

Thank you all for this thread, I've ordered the nail set for a friends DD and also an extra one maybe just for me
I've nothing helpful to add except this tassimo. Deal that is on fb at the moment, 40 + 5 postage but that isn't much better than what everyone's had already is it?
I promise to be a good bargain hunter and to post any codes I find..

Meanwhile I'm done for Dd as we were given a midsleeper bed we are doing up for her with a den underneath, plus getting her some bits to go with it so she can hide from her new brother or sister, due in March. I'm still looking for a bean bag, a storage unit of some kind and a single mattress.

Can't remember who asked but the womDee tops I ordered are hopefully on their way, I ordered Sz 18 to see if I cam wear them as maternity wear, I'm a size 12 usually, so can update later!

AriNi31 · 16/10/2014 20:29

This might've been mentioned before but HOUSE10 gives £10 off when you spend £20 or more at Molton Brown.

chocolaterainbow · 16/10/2014 20:40

frozen gloves to complete your outfits, 99p on ebay

HelpMeGetOutOfHere · 16/10/2014 20:41

Only seen the huge nutcracker figured in costco. I'm
Off again at the weekend so can look then.

I would say if you aren't near a costco it's not worth joining. I'm pretty sure you can buy from the costco website even if not a member but there is a 5% surcharge.

I'm happy to order for anyone using my membership card or pick something up if it's worth paying for a cheap courier on top.

TenMinutesEarly · 16/10/2014 20:43

Thanks, I've got my fingers crossed they will come in.

Notso · 16/10/2014 20:55

Nanny and pmcp check the T&C's but IIRC it is easy to cancel BUT you have to cancel by a certain date or the membership rolls over. If you cancel as soon as you've had your beers you should be fine. The man on the phone was really lovely and helpful though, I almost felt bad cancelling

Bumblebee6 · 16/10/2014 21:06

I can't remember who was looking for old style my little pet shop toys but I saw two different sets in my local debenhams plus they were in the sale. Hopefully you will have some luck in a debenhams near you.

ModerationInEverything · 16/10/2014 21:22

missmakesstuff is DD a Frozen fan? How about this bean bag someone (sorry, not sure who) posted on an earlier thread.
asda Frozen bean bag

insanityscratching · 16/10/2014 21:22

Dd has a crate full of old style LPS figures. Most of them were bought really cheaply from Home Bargains and B&M but some I bought from Ebay like these

Wrong thread Blush sorry!

waithorse · 16/10/2014 21:26

Those Costco Nutcracker figures are amazing. But I'm scared of statutes, it might come alive and kill me in the night. Blush

admiralclingus · 16/10/2014 21:40

pants I work for boots and phoned .com for a customer today. Due to double discount for staff the system has gone into meltdown and there's been some trouble with the order system. Do you have no confirmation number or anything?

This weeks star gift is the Laura Ashley gift set

HelpMeGetOutOfHere · 16/10/2014 21:50

Every time we go in dd wants one of the giant Christmas figures. Last week she was pleading for a stack if presents that light up must be 6ft high at least. Apparently work would love them and let me but them on the company charge card when after nothing else worked I said we couldn't afford them.

They have a huge bauble door wreath. I can't imagine it fitting any uk front door. It's massive.

Chimchar · 16/10/2014 21:51

Loads of lovely Christmassy things in home bargains today...a massive felt tree advent calendar with little embroidered pockets for each countdown day for £4.99.

If it was in John Lewis, I reckon it would easily have been £20 more.

I bloody love home bargains!!!

Nanny25 · 16/10/2014 22:12

Thanks Notso

Walkingwounded · 16/10/2014 22:24

May have been posted upthread but the Book People have a flash sale until Sunday...I got a set of 7 wainwright books for £18, frozen book for £3.50, 10 peppa pig books are on for a tenner....Used the codes kindly provided by needle upthread and got 10% off with WINGS and 5% off sets with AFFUCHSIA. So that's quite a few of the relatives covered.

Picturesinthefirelight · 16/10/2014 22:47

Pants - I ordered the joules bag yesterday on click & collect & realised today I hadn't had confirmation. I logged onto my account & it hadn't gone through so I re-ordered.

I made an account last week to buy dd the straighteners but couldn't log in again. I emailed customer services who found my account had a Mis-spelled email address.

Thanks Reastie, not sure whether to pop to Ikea one evening even though I'm going to be in town Saturday. don't want to waste valuable shopping time in somewhere which is open late during the week Grin

pigleychez · 16/10/2014 23:13
