spotty, wait, I noticed that when looking at the Monsoon Sitra dress - unfortunately though the cape was only in one photo and also in the side listing of items to 'complete the look' so they'll probably argue that 'it was obvious' that the cape wasn't included as they wouldn't have included it as an extra to buy in the complete the look listing, not that I necessarily agree with them!

It may well be pointing out to them (by twitter could be effective!) how disappointed you were to receive it without a cape and see what they do - also point out that none of the other party dresses of the one's I've done a quick spot check on are shown in the product pictures (as opposed to the lifestyle ones that look like they have come from a magazine) with a cape or any other accessories, so how were you to know that it didn't come together... other dresses could just as easily have come with a little bolero cardigan or jacket or indeed the cape. It's not like they can say that they wanted it to look like the frozen dress by putting it with a cape like that!

Good luck complaining and hope you do manage to get one to fit your dd if you want it still...

Zipzap on the mobile site there is no 'to complete this look' section. It is in the photo and says nothing about it not being included so I am saw they're completely wrong whatever they say

spotty in that case definitely point out how aggrieved you are! And definitely agree that it's their fault for deliberately misling you on the website by showing it (they could just have easily have put a little cardigan on it rather than the cape if they wanted to show it accessorised!) - wonder what Disney would think of this...!!! (oh and I'd point that out to them too!)

Sainsburys have lots of bedding sets reduced to £4.50 for a single. Got DS

spotty - that's so awful of them. I'd contact trading standards. On the polyvore website the description is exactly the same apart from the added bit about the cape - might be worth taking a screen shot of that?

Gutted the Joules bag is £22. They didn't have the sign up in my local store so I thought it was £45. If I'd bought it (for myself) I would have met the spend to get extra points too. Might take my stuff back tomorrow, refund it all and then add it to my order. Do you think they'll do that?

Dh collected our playability zoo. It's much bigger than I expected and the staff were very long and double bagged it so ds couldn't see what it was. Very impressed, can't say it would have been worth 40 but we got it for 12 which is awesome!

I don't know if it's very bargainous but tesco at home have frozen bedding (though I've forgotten how much the duvet set was sorry!) they do a frozen fleece for £7.
