clarinet Ive worked in the photo lab at boots and as long as the original photo is good quality and not blurry/fuzzy at all then they tend to be okay (I'd advise printing a copy in 7x5 first to see how it comes out)

Bear in mind that the bigger it goes, the lower the quality tends to be, but that doesn't mean the canvas will be rubbish.

Also bear in mind that they're meant to be viewed from a distance and often look pixelated up close.

If the picture that's been emailed is originally good quality, then emailing it won't make a difference, but we have had people bring downloaded photos in and they've come out awful.

I'd really reccomend going to a boots with a photo lab that does canvas prints in store, because we always let the customer look at it before its paid for, so if you're not happy with it you haven't paid £££s for something that's crap!

Poop in Leicester that is half term as we have ours a week earlier I love a good Sainsbury toy sale do u think my big pregnant belly n octonauts obsessed 4yr old in tow will make people move outta my way!! :)

If anyone's giving a castle (or already got!), b&m have got the set of scooby doo characters in again for £7 - they're just a smidge bigger than playmobil figures but can be used with that sized stuff quite happily.

Ds2 got some last year and he's had loads of fun with them as he's had all sorts of mad scooby doo style mystery adventures around his castle as well as the standard knights/soldiers/attacking pirate games.

You can also get scooby doo DVDs cheaply (about £3 in lots of places like supermarkets) to pad the present out and provide inspiration if needs be!

Does anyone know if the toot toot garage is in the tesco sale instore and how much it was?
Really want to get dd one but don't want to pay full price.

Just to let you know that Amazon have dispatched my Frozen Snow Glow Elsa doll this morning so i presume all the others will be going out too

I popped into Sainsburys to try the Elsa doll glitch but it failed and showed on self scan as full price. Boo!

almamatters Smyths have some MLP Equestria Girls in, with just the dolls in the box. Our local store has all the Rainbow Rocks collection - just the dolls - and the Equestria Colleciton, but not every one, now.

I was in a Smyths toy shop yesterday and they had 20% off selected Marvel super heroes Lego sets as well as a lot of the Lego City and Lego Star Wars sets reduced too. The Lego City police stations were both reduced. No idea if it's online or just in store.

Thanks for the tip off about the sainsburys toy sale. It's not half term here on the 22nd but I better arrange to go into work a bit later as the big sainsburys is on the other side of town. Only a small one near me which is fine for usual shop but no good for toy shopping as only a small aisle.

Norks, I got the banana rubbers. I've just checked and they definitely do have the little faces. In brown ink.

I ordered two packs and they were sent separately and neither have the little brown faces!

So annoyed, just got to the ELC website without kiddies around to order the big dolls house for £80 and it's gone back up to £120. All their other half price stuff has gone back to full price including stuff I had in the basket. Gutted.

Sorry, that should've said dolls house is back up to £160 - even more annoyed!
