ValerieTheVodkaFairy · 02/10/2014 14:58

Also, has anyone actually tried the Good Housekeeping subscription? I'm trying to get it for my mum, but it keeps saying Checkout Unsuccessful

Dinesaur · 02/10/2014 14:59

Help please! My 18mo dd is obsessed with stones at the minute, what's a safe alternative that she cant choke on? Would aquarium gravel be ok for her to play with do you think or larger stones than normal pebble size. Or is it just a totally bad idea? I wanted to get her a tub of stones and a bucket to play with indoors for Christmas.

iloveholidays · 02/10/2014 15:13

thanks pigley, I need to go to mothercare to take something back so maybe I'll leave DDs with DP Saturday morning and pop into town to have a look.

Reastie thanks for M&S code. Have I read it correctly in that I just print the voucher and take into store?

WildFlowersAttractBees · 02/10/2014 15:38

The Lidl draught excluders aren't instore until monday according to the website Smile

Chocolateteabag · 02/10/2014 15:59

Dinesaur - how about making some felted stones for your DD?

tutorial I found via Pinterest
You make them with wool round a stone, but you could easily then cut out the stone and fill up the "rock" with lentils or stuffing?
Or the felted stones themselves might be safer for her to play with?

You can also get them ready made on Etsy - but not so bargainous I guess.

Sound the klaxons!

£10 M&S Christmas musical biscuit tins are in stock as of today!

As per last year, there is the lovely rotating musical Christmas tree (at the end) and a festive musical merry go round (second from the end and my personal fave).
The red tin cottage/shop is not musical but is a lovely tin and the blue tin has a golden bauble that spins round (can't remember if this is musical though)?

Thanks to all on the thread though - I have been lurking on each thread, and have a full amazon wish list and lots of bookmarks :)

PamelaEwing · 02/10/2014 16:16

ilove I think the Primark single duvets are £14. The designs are quite subtle with either fairisle, woodland or scandy themes in grey/white, red/white and red/white/blue.
