lol, one of the tram conductors was wearing an Elf costume the other day - it was brilliant.

I saw SANTA yesterday. Walking down the school corridoor

I can't believe we've only got 5 days left. I need to buy a couple more sweetie things for the kids from the shop today, as I've eaten them.

I'm here. Trying to tidy up, the twitch got me and I've ordered a couple more bits, but everything else is wrapped. The cake is almost finished and the tesco order almost done. I think I'm actually nearly ready

My Christmas Day dress just arrived, looks fab with my new short hair. So happy!

So who's feeling stupidly festive then?!

Me! Got the carols going, christmassy oil burner going, heatings on (I'm freezing), mince pies next to me...I want to get the presents out.

I got new short hair too! how are you finding it?

I love it! I can be in and out of the shower in 5 minutes and it dries so much faster. I reckon the cost of regular trims will be covered by how much less conditioner I need now.

How are you finding yours? I had mine done last week.

A bit weird. My neck was freezing in bed last night but other than that I don't really notice it until I go to brush it or look in the mirror.

I only had it done yesterday though. Feeling the ends swiching on my neck is taking a bit of getting used to.

Yes, link to my hair thread. It's lighter now and generally messier because it's naturally wavy but I think it looks better.

OMG, that looks amazing! You've had a lot chopped off.

Why did you decide on a change?

I'd been getting fed up with it for quite a while, it's so thick that it was almost unmanageable at that length. Also it's been like that since I was about 12 so I wanted something very different.
