Queenofclean - I got the same thing from Beer 52, 3 of the same bottle - and they look rubbish.

I have emailed twice, nothing.

Going to tweet them now and email again, then close the subscription, was a waste of £14 I think, would have been really annoyed had I paid 24!

missmakesstuff · 06/12/2013 20:45

Oh, and can't remember who was looking but I got a Nook glowlight for DH for £30 from isme - opened a credit account, got 30 off a 60 spend - nook was 50, added replacement warranty and he presto, bargain! Apparently the nook is better as not attached to amazon - I do love my kindle but annoyingly for cheap books it isn't able to take the other formats, the nook is.

Anyone been in a Hollister store this week ? The girl at Meadowhall told me they were due a 25% off outerwear promotion soon and am after a jacket for DD...

missmakesstuff · 06/12/2013 20:57

Actually, strike that - just seen I had a reply from them I missed earlier - they are sending out another Box of Brew, this time the next one along...

Considering I ahem, may have ordered a box last month too...I will now have had 24 beers for 28 quid...now that is a bargain!

I am making a foodie hamper for DH from flavourly boxes, stilton, crackers DD will make, various cheeses and jars of chutney etc, plus some tickets for a buffet in the hilton canary wharf, all you can eat.....he is a glutton

I just don't know what else to include..thinking voucher for a day out to a national trust place, plus a nice picnic set, we have a hamper already.

Sainsburys have got their 25% off clothes at the moment and all lights and decorations are half price, probably too late for you very organised people but great for the likes of me!

worley · 06/12/2013 22:07

Someone cloned my card and tried using it in Cambodia today!!! :( tried to take £240 out. Luckily my bank declined it!

So now the banks cancelled my cards and will send out new ones.. Which means no shopping this weekend and until new cards return. :(

I've used all secure places whiles interweb shopping.. So don't know how they managed it!

neddle · 06/12/2013 22:18

£50 off at Clogau Gold (very naice stuff!)

feellikescreaming · 06/12/2013 22:53

You can get the kindle at tesco for £39 with a free cover to if you order as a first time customer the code is TDX-7DXM and click and collect from store is free.
Its the black leather folio case thats £5 just add to basket and it automatically discounts it.

feellikescreaming · 06/12/2013 22:57

Forgot to add the order needs to be £50 for the code to work so just need to add something small.

CatAmongThePigeons · 06/12/2013 23:02

Thanks TooWet the price of the cheese is very good, but they charge £9 postage, Nine of your lovely British pounds. Xmas Shock I may ring them and try my charms on them if I can't find anything cheaper?

Coveredinweetabix · 07/12/2013 00:40

LaTrucha I have a feeling there's a Richard Scarry set of books on Book People. No doubt it's a bargainous price so you may want to check that out.

joymaker · 07/12/2013 02:03

Thanks for your reply Oreocrumbs wondered for a moment there if it was statutory for all nursery staff to have a coffee machine I imagine it's probably better to be safe and buy instant anyway Smile. I really should stop considering possibilties and just buy something for them now, DS is eager to start his card making tomorrow...

joymaker · 07/12/2013 02:22

Forgot to say Home Bargain had Tatty Teddy toothbrushes x2 for 39p. Also very cute vintage style 3D paper stickers for 19p a pack (FC, penguin, christmas dec themed ones) thought these would look good as embellishments obviously in card making but also stuck on plain coloured or brown wrapping paper on the DC gifts.

MooseyMoo · 07/12/2013 06:17

cat got excited as saw Waitrose sold that cheese but they only did it for Wimbledon.

chaosisawayoflife · 07/12/2013 06:45

Scaramanga have some good deals on their leather satchels, bags & accessories. Dh has just ordered me a saddlebag, I already have their red leather satchel which is gorgeous.

KittyMouseRocks · 07/12/2013 07:12

Cat have you tried asking at the selfridges deli cheese counter? They may be able to order something in for you possibly...? Also try asking at any specialist cheese shops by you. I've done this before for cheeses I couldn't find. I luuurves the cheese!!!

MooseyMoo · 07/12/2013 07:17

missmakestuff how about beer glasses for the food hamper? Or his fave choc/sweets?

Just seen Thierry Mulger Angel set half price for £24.50 at Boots

Fragrance deals: collect £10 worth of points if you buy 3 premium fragrance/beauty products, free delivery to store.

Slainte · 07/12/2013 07:21

chaos that link is to somewhere scary looking - don't think it's anything to do with bags.

runnervt · 07/12/2013 07:27

MooseyMoo
Thanks for the advice on the monsoon code. I've tried that but it seems to be the jumper I want that's the problem!
