notso · 28/11/2013 10:03

Ooh, BarfaStewart when did you sign up?

notso · 28/11/2013 10:10

Is it just me or are most of the Black Friday prices what you would expect to pay anyway? I thought a Wii U was £199, I've seen them that price in lot's of places!

Bluetinkerbell · 28/11/2013 10:21

I was sniggering at people paying £44ish for the Mr Men Collection, thinking they get a bargain, when you can have it for much cheaper at the Book People!

AliceinSlumberland · 28/11/2013 10:24

I've just bought some gorgeous wooden letters to make up a babies name for their room, 85p per letter and free delivery using MTF32 code.

'Girls' letters: www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/sp+-multi-coloured-painted-pastel-3d-letters-in-jojo-maman-bebe+a7726

'Boys' letters: www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/sp+-multi-coloured-painted-primary-3d-letters-in-jojo-maman-bebe+a7727?source=webgains_jojo

I also got this lovely 'My first baby book' for £5 (£10 on amazon) and it sounds really nice.

Sorry if any of these have been previously mentioned, but here are some bargain bath toys:-

Sing and Swim Turtle - £5.30
Bath Teaset - £5.30
Tomy Octopals - £6.66

Hope that helps someone Smile

Omg - I completely forgot my login details so haven't been able to see any posts for a while!!! Luckily after many attempts am back on board

Justshabbynochic · 28/11/2013 10:39

notso I'm thinking the same...for £239 I got our DSs' a 32gb Wii U and two games (joint present for all 3). Without the games it would've been £199.

My Joules willies < I did type w e l l I e s but the computer auto corrected and who am I to over ride it Grin

Anywho they gave up this week, I got them in august, but only started wearing them properly at the back end of September. I do walk miles and miles, but the heal has gone and water is coming in from somewhere.

So I'm on the look out for my second pair of the year!

MooseyMoo · 28/11/2013 10:44

Me too blue Grin

Just back from RL shopping (def a bit more of a buzz in the air in the shops). In WHSmith, found an Angry Birds Gift Set (toy & book) and Lego Friends Heartlake Collection (book, stickers and ice cream stand) £10 for both and That's not my Activity Set for £5 each but if you bought a second one it was half price.

ThisIsMeNow · 28/11/2013 10:52

Quick request - out shopping and trying to remember where someone reported seeing nordic-style christmas baubles (ie red and white) in a pack. Any idea? Thanks

TheOneWithTheHair · 28/11/2013 11:05

Wilkinson's have loads.

Pogosticks · 28/11/2013 11:06

Igginning I was in Aldi yesterday and they had some, looked v nice but I didn't see the price.

TheOneWithTheHair · 28/11/2013 11:06

Sainsbury's have some too I think.

trikken · 28/11/2013 11:08

Yes wilkinsons is good for nordic style christmas decorations.

dandelionsRflowers · 28/11/2013 11:08

I'm sure Aldi had them, in a nice box too.

Pogosticks · 28/11/2013 11:08

There is a free craft box for kids here!

To claim your free kids craft box, go to: toucanbox.com/taster and enter the code: BBWEB. You will receive a free toucanBox taster box (usually £3.95) delivered straight to your door. For children aged 3+.

It took me 3 attempts for it to accept the code. And you have to give card details but I've set myself a cancellation reminder.

BarfaStewart · 28/11/2013 11:18

notso, I think it was about 6w ago. Well worth the wait though, I can add in a few homemade cupcakes and biscuits, a homemade Xmas cake (to MIL's nans recipe) and a few other odds and we have a lovely hamper for SIL and BIL.

Kipsy · 28/11/2013 11:19

Thanks pogosticks
Just ordered a toucan box. Inordinately excited - the boxes looks massive! I suppose the taster box will be a smaller version (1 craft), but still, a freebie! squee!
It says you can cancel anytime, and subsequent boxes will cost £4.93, so must remember to cancel Blush

Bluetinkerbell · 28/11/2013 11:22

The Toucan taster box is nice, it's a little canvas bag to decorate, perfect for a stocking filler! :)
