Christmas morning breakfast - finger food

We usually have smoked salmon on wheaten / soda bread which we pass round with Bucks Fizz while stockings are being opened in the living room. Time is tight as we head out about 10:30, so no time for a sit down affair. I wondered if anyone had any better ideas?

Have thought about those 'christmas morning muffins' .... but i think when i last made them they didn't live up to the hype.

Anyone else got inspiration for finger food brekkie?

my sister is home at xmas from london and my mum does her favourite every year.
smoked salmon and scrambled eggs,croissant,pain au chocolat,bagels.yum!!

My DH does bagels filled with crispy bacon and fried egg. Boxing Day morning we have smoked salmon and scrambled egg.

We sometimes have banana pancakes Boxing Day too.

Santa used to leave a mini box of cereal in everyone's stocking, so we kids could nibble on coco pops and Rice Krispies until mum said it as ok to enter the living room!

We have cheese scones with smoked salmon and Buck's Fizz. I love Christmas breakfast.

We always have a full English on Christmas Day, dinner is usually on the table for 5pm so it'd be a long hungry wait if we could only have finger food! Of course we don't have anywhere to be though.
