missmakestuff Are any of your hampers for toiletries or stationery? If so, rather than paying for a box that might get thrown away, or a basket that might sit in a cupboard, how about these organiser/sponge bag/pencil case things?

They have loads of pockets to be organised and to stash each present, plus can be used afterwards. The one I have linked to is £2.60 as it shows the size and use of the organiser well. however, if you look at this general search by price and buy it now for handbag organisers there is a much bigger choice and selection of styles and colours. Plus there are some that are same thing but from UK sellers so a little more expensive but with the advantage of quick delivery!

I used them as a standard female present last year as I have several late teens/early 20 somethings to get presents for, can't afford to spend loads and these went down really well. And apparently they have all been pressed into different uses - one as a pencil case, another in their sports kit, another as their holiday sponge bag, one to keep all their wires, batteries and electrical bits and bobs sorted for travelling or going back and forth to college.

I have a couple and maybe a couple or four more too that get used as holiday sponge bag, grab and go day out/holiday first aid kit, one in my handbag to keep it organised and make it easier to switch between them etc.

Alternatively do you have any shoe boxes or suitable size boxes (from supermarket?) that you could cover in nice paper and use?
