What date are you all putting your trees up?

Some time in December. As late as possible but tends to be when I get sick of the kids asking me when we're putting the decorations up

I aim for 24th but will probably cave under pressure on last Sunday before Christmas so we can all do it together

Christmas Eve here too and it may be down on Boxing Day! I'm not really bah humbug! But Christmas goes on way too long these days. Seems to start November and finish in January. Much more magical if kept to one day IMHO. Not to mention cats and Xmas trees are not a good mix

Ikea real trees are £25 and you get a £20 voucher with no minimum spend to use in the New Year

About a week before Christmas, and it stays up until the proper end of Christmas at 12th night.

We have a real tree, and I really don't think one would last from mid-November to 6 January!

Personally, I think putting a tree up before Advent Sunday is premature, but if you want tinsel for nearly 2 months, then go for it.

The weekend the dds break up - 20th this year. We might have to buy it earlier than that, as they sell out earlier and earlier I've noticed

Its alway the first Sunday in December here so that will be the 1st this year

I know that people don't get why we do it so early but on the same hand I don't get why others leave it so late . Doesn't seem worth the effort if your going to leave it till the 24th

I absolutely love Christmas, but it;s definitely too early now as it's only November! We put ours up the first weekend in December.
