Lego Duplo Number Train back down to £8.67 on Amazon again. In case there is anyone left in the universe on here who hasn't bought it already.

Finger lights arrived today after a month's wait.

TheRobberBride · 16/11/2013 21:53

Thanks to whoever posted the 0170 La Roudete code.
I've just bought £52 worth of stuff for £27 + free delivery.

bsmirched · 16/11/2013 22:01

Justasmallglass

I saw the octolab in Asda today for £18 or £18.50.

JustasmallGless · 16/11/2013 22:11

Bsmirchd - thanks
Checked on camelcamelcamel and that seems to be lowest price. Trip to Asda tomorrow I think Grin

We have that free musical set from Vertbaudet and it's really lovely! Gets played with everyday (unless I hide it).

getoffthecoffeetable · 16/11/2013 22:23

notso thank you for the congrats.
The code worked and I got the money off the micro scooter so I'm now in DH'a good books. Many thanks for your help.
Now I just need to find a golf club set for a three year old..

Somersaults · 16/11/2013 22:40

Ooh, it's good to hear that about the Vertbaudet music set. DD (very nearly 2) is suddenly into making music and dancing around to it so hopefully she will love it and I will tolerate it

notso · 16/11/2013 22:41

Glad the code worked getoff Smile
Thanks to whoever pointed out the Polarn stuff, been after some waterproof dungarees for DS's for ages.

Rosvita · 16/11/2013 22:50

Hi all.just trying to make use of vertbaudet code (as a first time customer) but nearly everything's already reduced and can't use code on reduced items! Also how is sizing?-dd is 3 in 2 weeks and in age 4-5 Next tops and 3-4
Next trousers.also at codes stackable?-has code 8502 for 25-30% off. Thanks and apologies for deviation from thread.

Rosvita · 16/11/2013 22:50

Are not at!

SarahPercyAndBill · 16/11/2013 23:08

Not at all bargainous, but for those with fox mad kids, this lady custom knits the MOST adorable www.etsy.com/transaction/155029778? fox scarves in lambswool ever.

She also does Adorable children's pencil shaped scarves.

And tulips, and caterpillars...must stop spending.

GreatSoprendo · 16/11/2013 23:17

God this thread is leading me astray! DS now has dungarees, jeans and a music set none of which he needs on their way from Vertbaudet.

I couldn't get the code to work on my tablet either, but it worked ok when I placed the order using my phone (website on phone rather than phoning them to be clear!)

justherewhistling · 17/11/2013 06:16

.

StillSlightlyCrumpled · 17/11/2013 07:27

Vertbaudet only worked on my phone too. Was after a lovely hat, scarf & glove set for DS3. Happy to have it on its way for £9 delivered Smile.

LaTrucha · 17/11/2013 07:53

Thanks for the Vertbaudet code. It won't work ont he dress I want though. Grr.

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 17/11/2013 07:58

I'm trying to find and advent calendar for 18mo DD1 but I don't want s chocolate one. Just an old fashioned cardboard one with the wee pictures behind the windows. Had anyone seen any?

GeorgeWindsor · 17/11/2013 08:18

We have a cloth one that's a tree and you put a decoration on each day, would that appeal Girl?

Obviously more expensive that a one off cardboard one, but it comes out every year so good value in the long run.

OodaresingingoftheDoctorDonna · 17/11/2013 08:26

girlwiththeyellowhat oxfam usually have them and Save the children definitely do.

lastnightopenedmyeyes · 17/11/2013 08:30

I got a lovely winters scene cardboard advent calendar last year from amazon. I prefer not to have the chocolate ones. This year dh talked me into a Lego City one Hmm

lastnightopenedmyeyes · 17/11/2013 08:32

Just do a search in 'traditional advent calendar' in amazon and there are a few lovely options.

Trazzletoes · 17/11/2013 08:35

WH Smith usually have traditional advent calendars in.

nickdrakeslovechild · 17/11/2013 08:38

Bloody OH and FIL have decided they both want the Alex Ferguson book. I thought I had finished shopping! anyone seen it cheap as need 2 of them?

GlitteredPinecones · 17/11/2013 08:38

We get a traditional one every year from the local garden centre. Maybe yours will too?

YoureAllABunchOfBastards · 17/11/2013 08:46

The Alex Ferguson book is bleeding awful. Absolute mince. Buy them something else instead.

If it wasn't on Kindle you could have mine!
