It says on their website that they don't accept more than one code per order so maybe they're just trying to be sneaky and cancel them even though they allowed them to go through.

I ordered before the second code was posted and mine hasn't been cancelled but I'll keep you posted.

My murad order is 143459, I haven't had a cancellation yet. I don't really mind though because I wasn't bothered about the book, I just wanted the free gifts for my mum.

At least they are cancelling almost straight away and aren't letting it go on for ages like a certain robot...

Has anyone had to contact zuliliy about a damaged item? I ordered the curious George books, one of which is hard back and they arrived in a bag and the spine is all ripped and damaged

I just tried to ring Murad and there is nobody available to take my call - i will try again tomorrow. I don't know how they can say the item is out of stock and continue to advertise it on their website and Facebook pages.

It also seems that others who ordered after me have had their orders honored - it will be interesting to see what they say :-)

Murad have taken money from my bank so I'm hoping they honour it!

I'm not sure it's "honored" so much as "not got round to being cancelled yet". It could be, for example, that they had stock for orders up to 143300 and have sent those out, and now they are working through orders after that one by one to cancel them. But they would make their own lives far easier if they didn't let people keep ordering it in the meantime...

Grrr. My Murad is cancelled too So much for bringing christmas cheer to my fellow bargaineers. It sounds like they are working through all the orders and cancelling them as they go along. I must have been one of the first order, so it's not even as if they have honored the first so many orders.
