Theimpossible my order number was before yours and I've just got a cancellation email.

I'm 143487, still "Payment received" online. Hmm. I'm not that bothered if they cancel it as I had another idea for MIL anyway. And I'm not sure you're a proper member of this thread until you've been in a -gate.

Mine still showing as payment received, but I'm guessing they are working through the eleventy billion orders and cancelling us all.

Oh well. I didn't even know what it was I was ordering, so obsessed with a bargain have I become! I actually sat thinking, well, my Mum is getting the Yves Rocher and L'Occitane smelly/face stuff so what will I do with this?

I'm wondering of processing is actually a step backwards and mine will be cancelled pretty soon.

As when I click on the order is shows order created and then processing, no payment received

I placed my murad order at 10.10am yesterday and it's been cancelled too.

Can we all keep updating if we get cancelled? Please. Just so we all know where we stand. I can't get through to anyone on the phone.

Just to confirm it doesn't state 'no payment received' but the message of payment received that was there earlier is no longer showing at all.

I haven't received a single email from them so I shall keep checking my order status on their website.

Those of you who have been cancelled, has your order status changed on the website and if so what to, just so I know what to look out for.

Boo shame about the Murad if they do cancel the orders, although I didn't have anyone to give it to, nor had I heard of them before!

On their Facebook page, in a response to someone asking about the offer, they are saying the free gift with the book is still in stock...

They must be working through them. What a shame. Can't really complain when we were stacking codes I guess.
