Right I have just spoken to a lovely, lovely lady at Murad.

She went into the order system for me and was a bit taken back by the sheer amount of orders they received yesterday Grin

I gave her my order number (from logging into my account on Murad) and she found my order and re-sent my email confirmation.

She stayed on the phone whilst I checked it had been received...But it didn't come through. She said do not worry, they have the order on the system, the payment has been received and an email should have come out but the system is a bit overwhelmed by the sound of it.

I said I had doubled up on codes and she said they normally only accept one but because they are magazine codes you can double up.

I also asked if the book would be here by Christmas (didn't want to say sod the book give me my freebies!) and she said depending on Royal Mail orders should be received by the end of the week!

A really, really lovely woman with fab customer service skills.

I say we just leave them to work through the orders they received and take it up at the end of next week if nothing has been received.

TheOnlyPink · 04/11/2013 09:43

Jaqueline thanks for posting that info, love when customer service is good!

hermioneweasley · 04/11/2013 09:44

Thanks Jaqueline!

I love the idea of all these places getting a spike in orders due to the power of Reastie's thread and MN!

izzybizzybuzzybees · 04/11/2013 10:32

dancemom I bought the nook HD for my hubby. Was reduced to £79 in very and then got the £30 off . Had to pay delivery but was very happy with the tablet for £52.95. Hubby loves it. My MIL ordered the 9 inch one and she got that for £99 in total and is thrilled. No camera though if that matters to you.

chatee · 04/11/2013 10:33

£12 off when you spend £100 online at the entertainer toy shop plus it has a sale that ends today.
Free delivery with the entertainer to uk mainland or other options available too, and when purchase completed I got a voucher code for Albelli photo book for £20

Physionic · 04/11/2013 10:34

Finally I can post something.
Holztiger knights castle £119.84 on amazons main page but if you look at the other sellers £17.18 with free delivery. It's a very good quality wooden castle.

Went away for a brilliant child free weekend, am now nursing a three day hangover and catching up on bargains!
Have ordered Murad not having a clue what it is, baaaaaaa Grin

chatee · 04/11/2013 10:35

Sorry pm me for the code

RiverRocks · 04/11/2013 10:40

Sarah I didn't end up spending over £50 so didn't get it myself. Just looked and the £10 when you spend £50 offer expired yesterday Blush - you can use it this week, but had to buy stuff before yesterday. That'll teach me to read these things properly before I post them. Sorry!

WooWoo86 · 04/11/2013 10:44

Anyone know of any next codes? I've looked around but can't find anything and I now hate paying full price for anything!

SpottyTeacakes · 04/11/2013 10:46

I don't think I've ever seen a next code?

izzybizzybuzzybees · 04/11/2013 10:49

woowoo I have a £10 off a £25 spend next code that was sent to me on a leaflet for the new winter range. I can't find the leaflet though!

Theimpossiblegirl · 04/11/2013 10:57

Sometimes they will give you a code instore to use online in exchange for your email address.

Does anyone else have multiple email addresses as a result of all this bargain hunting?
:)

CrotchStitch · 04/11/2013 11:05

impossible I have a specific email account for Christmas 2013. That way I can simply close it down and never check it again if needs be. Anything decent I am likely to want to receive emails and offers from goes to my regular email.
the odd one goes to my Christmas one, family one and DHs works one and I still have DS's in reserve if needs be
