LadyKatherine - thank you. I had been into my local game but got confused with all the different bundles. The assistant mentioned a 2nd hand sensor for £10. I think the £129 deal looks good (& we have a rewards card & ds still has a gift card from his birthday).

I've promised it as a joint present for dd & ds (dd wants a just dance game)

That's really helpful thank you again.

Realties, there were some nice Christmas jumpers in my local Sainsbury's today- I didn't look seriously for me as am 33 weeks pregnant and would resemble a Christmas pudding! Definitely a maroon and cream one with a reindeer.

Still had toys on sale too- the Octopod was £19.99 which was the cheapest I've ever seen it and Mr potato heads for £4.99. Have already bought DS enough presents for the next 3 birthdays and Christmases though thanks to this thread!

Any free delivery codes for smyths toy store?

astonvanilla · 30/10/2013 19:13

Sorry that was supposed to say Reastie, silly spell check

LadyKatherine · 30/10/2013 19:16

Picturesinthefirelight No problem. Here is the website I used for anyone else interested: www.consoledeals.co.uk/.

They are brilliant as they do the deals for all the consoles and all sorts of shops and are regularly updated.

LadyKatherine · 30/10/2013 19:17

Whoops, serves me right for clicking post without checking. Link should now be clickable.

Was looking for Christmas jumpers on Dorothy Perkins website and found these socks:

m.dorothyperkins.com/mt/www.dorothyperkins.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=33053&storeId=12552&productId=12680406&langId=-1&categoryId=&parent_category_rn=&searchTerm=Christmas&resultCount=1&un_jtt_redirect

They do have some reindeer / polar bear type jumpers and hopefully the dptreat25 code still works :).

Has anyone tried to get the BOGOHP on kids clothes at Debenhams to work? It says it will automatically take it off at the check out but it hasn't. There's a gorgeous coat for DD Sad

That artbox site looks amazing

NannyPlumForPM · 30/10/2013 19:41

I was only going to get a ball for my baby until I saw the kiddicare sale.

Bargain magnetic numbers and letters too.

Snowgirl1 · 30/10/2013 20:31

Yay! The Oasis watch came today. I'd given up on it, so it was a pleasant surprise.

Also, my contribution to the thread is that Tiger has got it's Christmas stuff in now. Make your own gingerbread house kits for £3 - might be good for those who don't have an Ikea nearby? Also have Christmassy ear muffs for £2; and Christmassy magic flannels for £2 and they have lots of other non-Christmassy stuff which would be good stocking fillers.

JaquelineHyde · 30/10/2013 20:39

Glamour magazine arrived today as well. I also got the stupid note about this months free gift, I may make a complaint, it really isn't on making loyal subscribers Grin Blush go with out, whilst the riff raff can buy it off shelf and get the free nail varnish.

However, I decided to ring them and chase up the body shop subscription gift. After spending quite a while on hold, he checked my details and said it was sent out on October 2nd! I told him it hadn't been received and he apologised and said he would request that it is re-sent straight away and to ring back in 2 weeks if still not received.

I think that it would be worth everyone chasing up it up as they may well be hoping everyone will forget and so only sending out when people ring up.

No sign of the Oasis watch yet, if it's not here by next week I shall try and chase it up as well.

TeaAndCakeOrDeath · 30/10/2013 20:50

Jacqueline can i ask what number you rang?

JaquelineHyde · 30/10/2013 20:52

It was the customer service number that came on my direct debit confirmation. It's in my file in the cupboard in the babies room, I will dig it out tomorrow and post it for you.

dandelionsRflowers · 30/10/2013 20:56

Does anyone know if the John Lewis toy offers are instore too? Taking dd to town on Friday in the hope she'll decide what she'd like trying to sway her away from the drum kit she's been wanting for months
