Hawkmoth · 30/10/2013 11:26

Ooh! Monty Python! Smashing.

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 30/10/2013 11:31

I was very pleased to see that sainsburys has the wooden salad bowl back in stock at half price. Not happy to see that free click & collectors now on orders over £15 only! Angry

TooWetToWoo · 30/10/2013 11:34

I got the letter about nail varnish too. Nearest stockist is miles away Hmm Personally, I think they couldn't be bothered with the faff as I found this on the Royal Mail website:

Volume per item must not exceed 30ml. No more than four bottles of nail varnish can be sent in any one package. Bottles of nail varnish must be placed in strong outer packaging and be so packed, secured or cushioned in such a way that they cannot break, be punctured or leak their contents into the outer packaging.

An ID8000 label must be applied ( see example ID8000 label ). The sender’s name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging.

angelabbie · 30/10/2013 11:35

Thanks very much for the sainsbo champagne, just ordered and hoping the 25% comes off when money go's through. Fab deal x

WhereBeThatBlackbirdTo · 30/10/2013 11:37

I just thought - if anyone would like my voucher to collect a Nails Inc varnish from Edinburgh, Bluewater, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Nottingham, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle pm me and I'll put the voucher in the post.

AuntieMaggie · 30/10/2013 11:53

No watch here still :(

Its the £12 of points when you spend £50 in boots day tomorrow in Bristol

I'm now trying to resist the play.com tshirt bundle as DP would love it but I've bought him loads!

ThisIsMeNow · 30/10/2013 11:53

Wow! Just got a bollocking off H&M customer services!!
Called to ask about an order I'd placed, had used two codes I'd either found on here or online and she was so rude about it! "if you keep using codes that havnt been sent to you, you won't be allowed to shop with us anymore" "I'm surprised this order was actually processed, it shouldn't have been" "its in t&c that you cant use the codes" very rude and unpleasant girl on the phone! She then put the phone down on me!
ShockHmm

creepycadence · 30/10/2013 11:58

Dorothy Perkins free next day delivery and 15% off sale items.

Accesorize 3 for 2 on all jewellery.

DreamlessSleep · 30/10/2013 11:59

How rude. These people should be nice as they want our custom.

NannyPlumForPM · 30/10/2013 12:01

What a witch this !!! Some people need to think about customer service a bit more carefully. I would draft a carefully thought out letter to head office. Shame you probably didn't catch her name ....

yabbadabba · 30/10/2013 12:03

My gift of Murad has finally come too. It is small but luckily the box is in good condition and it can just be an extra present for my mum to go with the Elemis bath milk and the Baileys. Was tempted to keep that for myself though Grin

creepycadence · 30/10/2013 12:04

Shock at H&M ThisIsMeNow. Really bad business sense for them to be arsey about us sharing codes, it's generating business and this thread is free advertising for them! Also likelihood is they'll retain a lot of customers that are using them for the first time after being directed there from this thread. I am using lots of shops I've seen on these threads having never used them before. I doubt H&M will retain any new customers now.

blizy · 30/10/2013 12:10

I am still waiting on the body shop gift from the glamour mag though.

AliceinSlumberland · 30/10/2013 12:11

I got the glamour mag and read it as a free gift for the issue, not for the subscription. I'm miles away too!

INSIDE glamour though there is a body shop 'joy card' loaded with either £3, £15 or £100. You take it in store and there's no minimum spend, they tell you instore how much it's worth. I'm guessing 99% will be £3 but a free £3 is a stocking filler!!

FourAndDone · 30/10/2013 12:20

Lottie, I ordered well over 28 days ago! My wellies have finally arrived aswell after about 45 days Shock
Not had a magazine for weeks though even though I have taken out 10 subscriptions

NannyPlumForPM · 30/10/2013 12:21

I think we should post our joy card 'winnings' to see if anyone managed a £15!

Reastie · 30/10/2013 12:22

This Shock

got my glamour today and I CAN get to one of the places on the list so if anyone is going to throw their letter away you're very welcome to send it to me (although I'll be at the bottom of the pile for them given I already have one, just thought if I'm going to have to go there anyway may as well get what I can Grin Blush )

thanks reastie!!

marking place - today's lunchtime has been set aside to catch up on the last thread as I am so far behind!! :) or :(

AliceinSlumberland · 30/10/2013 12:28

Reastie if you pm me your address I'll send you mine. Remember to check inside for your body shop card!

comeandgo · 30/10/2013 12:33

Girlwiththeyellowhat - That's digusting about the £15 min for click and collect Angry .

I hope this is isn't the start of all shops doing this. I rely on click and collect as P&P is so expensive if you shop from a number of different places.

I normally do click and collect to the local town centre and then pick up everything, from all different shops, in one swoop.

Having to reach a min order would stop me shopping at those stores. I would have loved to have ordered the salad bow and a few other bits I dom' need l but I won't bother now. So its already cost them one customer.

LaTrucha · 30/10/2013 12:40

The Murad set is so small I had to squint to see the writing on it!

I agree about click and collect. I used to use it loads with Boots, but since they've introduced a charge I never do.
