Morning all :)

I have a kindle in my basket, ready to go :o

Nice to see some Lego finally, but the sets aren't as good as last years by the looks of it :(

What will you have in your basket today?

Am I the only one finding delivery really slow this week? Obviously they are busy but stuff I ordered Monday hasn't arrived yet.

I got my Mum a hamper yesterday and she's coming to stay till Tuesday, hopefully it'll come in time for her to take it back with her as I'll have to post it otherwise.

BeedleTheBard · 23/11/2012 12:10

I think the dispatch is only quick if you have amazon prime (though I might be wrong). The stuff I ordered yesterday has an estimated delivery 28th Nov to 6th Dec, but I am abroad so its not surprising my stuff takes longer

SoupDragon · 23/11/2012 12:10

I think I like the boots (and at that price I'm not sending them back anyway)

Marne · 23/11/2012 12:12

I have only had one item delivered (from monday) still have 5 things to come. I dont mind as dd2 is home so i dont want her poking around anyway Grin.

NoSoggyBottoms · 23/11/2012 12:14

Gareth Malone and Victoria Pendleton books coming up ....again! (4th appearance for Vic this week!)

ginmakesitallok · 23/11/2012 12:19

oooh I WANT the gaggia coffee machine! At the minute it's saying its £459 to buy - will it be cheaper??

SoupDragon · 23/11/2012 12:20

Liking the radio... although I may crochet it a jacket to blend into my kitchen better!

WildThong · 23/11/2012 12:21

this is just like Christmas!!

oh hang on...

chocolatespiders · 23/11/2012 12:23

Which jelly beans have people bought are they Jelly belly? My mums fav Smile

SoupDragon · 23/11/2012 12:24

LOL - I thought that as I opened my box, WildThong :)

I guess this is Christmas for me though as I don't get any big gifts, just token ones from parents/brothers :)

ariadneoliver · 23/11/2012 12:25

The chilli liquorice I ordered has just arrived. It is surprisingly tasty with quite a kick. The sculptress meal bars have come too and it looks like they came all the way from Spain so that was amazingly quick. I am just waiting for the earrings but I expect they'll be by courier as they were pricey.

SoupDragon · 23/11/2012 12:26

The sound from my radio (View Quest Retro WiFi Radio) is superb. REally really pleased.

whatkungfuthat · 23/11/2012 12:35

It looks to me like they are bundling all the stuff together for as few deliveries as possible if you have selected the free option. I've just had multiple emails saying all my orders have been dispatched, they were ordered on different days.

NoSoggyBottoms · 23/11/2012 12:36

ginmakesitallok yes it will be cheaper. The reduced price will only be revealed when the counter ends, so at 12.59. What the price will be is anyone's guess!

HoneyDragon · 23/11/2012 12:36

eBay have free listings this weekend. Think they intend to profit from buyers regret? Grin

NoSoggyBottoms · 23/11/2012 12:38

Honey Free listings as in it's free to list the item, rather than giving stuff away free? Grin

NoSoggyBottoms · 23/11/2012 12:40

(Just gone onto Ebay, 'selected just for you'...Rod Stewart autobiography....oh Ebay, you know me so well Hmm)

HoneyDragon · 23/11/2012 12:44

Free to list an item. Grin

GwendolineMaryLacey · 23/11/2012 12:46

Arsing Amazon. Drove myself mad trying to get one of the jackets. Finally got one and ordered, then thought I'd better check on the jacket website to make sure the sizes are right.

Amazon say XL is size 20. Trespass say it's a 16 Angry Bastards.

BeedleTheBard · 23/11/2012 12:48

Only 1 item at 1:15, damn everyone's going to be going for the same thing. I want Jamie's 15 min meals even though DP says no more cook books

Arithmeticulous · 23/11/2012 12:49

Is today the day I finally pay for Gareth Malone?

kikidee · 23/11/2012 12:50

Just joining in to say I got a food processor for £29.99 this morning. Don't know whether it's a brilliant deal or not but I've wanted one for ages and thought £30 was a reasonable price to pay. Very pleased.

PrattingAroundTheChristmasTree · 23/11/2012 12:53

Kikidee I got that food processor the other day and it came today. I've wrapped it up now for myself, yes I'm sad but it looks great. Can't wait to start using it.

Tortoise · 23/11/2012 12:54

IS jamie Oliver book any good?(crap cook lol!)

BeedleTheBard · 23/11/2012 12:56

No idea :o
