Argos were doing those dolls for the same price too if you don't have a Smyths.

Vagaceratops · 14/10/2012 09:17

Does anyone have a money off code for Office? DS wants some new converse.

TheOneWithTheHair · 14/10/2012 09:18

Unfortunately it's about 20 miles away. The entertainer is good though. Cheaper than amazon. I've never heard of it before.

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 14/10/2012 09:19

Moosey that link is still the Lala one, thanks though am going to buy that and put away for dds birthday that's a great price.

Vagaceratops · 14/10/2012 09:20

I could buy DD's presents 10 times over, but I am really struggling with DS2.

TheOneWithTheHair · 14/10/2012 09:20

Dh just told me there is an entertainer shop near where he works so he's going to go in this week. Thank you so much everyone.

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 14/10/2012 09:21

Vaga how old is DS2?

Polgara2 · 14/10/2012 09:28

Marking place again, love these threads!

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 14/10/2012 09:28

Scrabble is half price on Amazon too

oreocrumbs · 14/10/2012 09:29

Vaga, you can get converse up to size 7 for £30 on La redoute. The boys and teens converse are £45, but there is a welcome code (4707 iirc - but it is clear on the first page of the site), that gives you £15 off a £30 spend and free del.

There is also a £30 off £60 spend code 0280, if you are spending more.

They go up to bigger sizes but the adult ones are more expensive, but you could make it up to £60 and then use the £60 code.

Marking Place Grin

Vagaceratops · 14/10/2012 09:36

DS2 is 5 but has SN so is quite young.

He likes things that move - trains and cars etc. Was thinking about a nice, but easy to use remote control car??

rhondajean · 14/10/2012 09:37

Oreo do you know if they have women's/girls converse up to size 7 for teh same price?

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 14/10/2012 09:40

Something like this Vaga?

The Entertainer have a few remote control toys half price.

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 14/10/2012 09:41

Does he like Chugginton, this might be good?

Vagaceratops · 14/10/2012 09:44

Thanks Oreo. Unfortunately despite having a great range, LaRedoute dont have the ones that DS1 'Must have' :(

reastie · 14/10/2012 09:44

Thanks guys - those are great suggestions.

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 14/10/2012 09:45

Or Vaga there is this Sonic one on Amazon only £20.36 and has good reviews.

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 14/10/2012 09:47

Vaga, last one!! again Amazon and only £19.99

Chockywockydoodah · 14/10/2012 09:50

Hawkins Bazaar has great stocking fillers and joke adult gifts too. No money off codes as far as I can see but mid season sale is apparently on. Can't wait for our annual Hawkins pop up shop to open in town soon! Endless amounts of browsing in there!

SminkoPinko · 14/10/2012 09:51

Thanks so much Hokey for the La Redoute code and OhTheConfusion for the converse for dh idea, which I have unashamedly stolen! Relieved to have something for his forthcoming birthday.

Agree with TheAngelshavetheOood that we need to keep the non-toddler ideas coming. My youngest is making out like a bandit at the expense of my surly teens and adult family, who will not be best pleased! Any bargainatious ideas for 13 year old boys, quirky sisters and hard to buy for pensioner dads?

reastie · 14/10/2012 09:54

Asda half price toy cooker was out of stock last time I looked btw

Sminko the converse are for my DH's birthday too :-) They were £59 but added a pair of tights for DD1 (otherwise known as the tight destroyer) to let me use the offer code. Curious about the mock croc bag?!?
