Bump

HokeyCokeyPigInAPokey · 04/10/2012 17:11

The site is better now but everything is 19.95 or the next lever is the 25.00 mark and i don't want to spend much as these are just extras.

Might just not bother, they do some lovely toiletries in Boots, have already brought some for dd i wish they would put them on their website as i would buy more, i might ask them on fb.

NeatFreak · 04/10/2012 17:29

Loving this thread, thanks!
Both my dc would like furbys- they cost £59 each, has anyone seen them on offer or with new customer discounts etc anywhere? Argos has them but don't seem to be doing their offer where you get vouchers for every £50 you spend...

StarlightMcKenzie · 04/10/2012 17:34

Marking Grin

Fairyjen · 04/10/2012 17:37

Excellent thread ladies!

Nothing specific but if you go on eBay home page and click on deals there is loads of stuff on their! Not just for kids either, house did get my dd peppa pig world playset (6 houses! And figures!) for £19.99 should have been £60!!!

It's well worth a look and does daily deals which change good ideas for dh on this bit!

PuffPants · 04/10/2012 17:42

Marking place - will be sure to post anything I find!

steben · 04/10/2012 17:46

The sylvanian bluebell cottage was out if stock but have just got e mail to say it is back in Grin

PuffPants · 04/10/2012 17:56

Be careful with ELC, unless you're buying their own-brand, they are expensive.

fuzzpig · 04/10/2012 17:57

Yes definitely if you are getting a non-ELC brand it's worth checking other stores for prices. For example I'm thinking of getting a few Melissa and Doug things for birthday party presents - some are cheaper on amazon but some are not!

thisthreadwilloutme · 04/10/2012 18:13

I got a Furby free on the argos 3 for 2 so I imagine they will be included in the voucher offer.

TheAngelshavetheOod · 04/10/2012 18:49

Fairy Jen , got a link for the peppa pig thing?

skyebluesapphire · 04/10/2012 18:53

ARMANI sorry only just got back to the thread. The free books was a choice of Disney Princess or Angelina and the code was FREE5 I think...

MooseyMoo · 04/10/2012 19:02

reastie · 04/10/2012 20:11

I've just saw on hotukdeals that amazon have the Harry Potter complete 8 film collection on Blu-ray for £28.00. Sounds like a good deal :)

Maranello · 04/10/2012 20:49

Don't suppose anyone has a free delivery code for dotcomgiftshop? Seen a couple of nice things I'd like, but put off by the £3.95 delivery charge.

SmellyFartado · 04/10/2012 21:11

You wonderful MNer's - what a great thread.

Have written some Christmas cards earlier so thought would have a look for a thread with gift ideas and here you all are.

Have just bought SIL the Molten Brown handcream and debating whether to go back online and get one for my mum, other SIL and MIL as well....mmm, decisions, decisions.... Ta Moosey for the tip off! Grin

I'll post any more money off/bargains I see

everydayaschoolday · 04/10/2012 21:34

Naughty, Naughty MooseyMoo for introducing me to dotcomgiftshop Grin. I got the super popcorn holders for christmas eve hamper for popcorn and DVD christmas eve, and they had really cute pens (colourful japanese cartoon style) down to 50p - got these as stocking fillers, as well as (among other things) handwarmer reduced to £1 each, cute cupcake trinket ceramic reduced to £1, rainbow lightbulb (?! for teenager's room Grin) reduced to 99p.

Thanks Moosey again!

rhondajean · 04/10/2012 21:38

Absolutely delighted with this thread. Bought my frien daughter the hunger games trilogy, dd1 five magpie stiefvater books, two hardback Enid blytons for dd2 and the free princess/angelina set for her stocking, don't know which they will send it didn't give me a choice! But Thr whole lot was £11.98 including postage.

Am saving Thr molton brown till after pay day for money off the traveller set for DH and possible a small something for me

rhondajean · 04/10/2012 21:53

And a pair of fab flip top fingerless gloves/mittens for dd1 from the joules site, along with a lovely little hare pin, for £11 plus £1 p and p and the pin will go in with dmils present.

Pastabee · 04/10/2012 22:03

Thanks used the Debenhams code and got DD two pairs of leggings, two tops and a hoody for £18!

Just used the Molton Brown code but when I went in to make a second order the checkout had crashed. I think it must be you lot shopping.... Will try again tomorrow.
