Another yankee addict here and proud of it - even got a mate into it who didnt see the fuss (she now spends more on it that I do!)

The Christmas ones are lush mole
I'm over run with them at the minute, Christmas and a December birthday

I have Welcome Christmas and Christmas Eve, there's not as many I like this year as there was last year.

Warm woollen mittens is nice as well

(I can talk about yankee candles all day)

I love the mulled wine and spice ones, the Christmas cookie/ cupcake is lively too. Am loving the samplers so you can change regularly!

OK, found a sampler on Amazon and ordered it.

I've now discovered I can burn the samplers and when the wick runs out put the remaining wax in the burner....double burn time!
I love Yankee, wonder if they need any fragrance testers?

OMG! I never thought of that! I've just thrown a jar away with a good 1/2 inch left in the bottom.

YY I chip the last bit out of the jar to go in the tart burner.
And the spent wax in the tart burner goes in the bin under the bin-liner to scent it.

Oooh, nothing beats good mulled wine at a German Christmas market. Not long, only 11 months to go

Candles? Ha ha, yes if I ever got rid of the dog and the child I might actually attempt having some.

Well, we didn't make it to town yesterday, or today....only me who could be arsed to go & really not in the mood now. DP in a strop about nothing in particular & the kids are still in pj's so I will just look for bargainous ribbon or bows on Tuesday when I nip in instead.

Have added my 1st item of food shopping to this weeks list for next xmas (cue another look from dp)

I've started a thread, I want a new witty/ edgy name but can't think of one!

Please can I join? got a bit excited when I spotted this thread.
I have so far got cards, wrapping and gift tags from clintons all wrap had 75% off. I was really happy when I spotted the packs of cards for ds reception year for 25p in marks and spencers, I got 3 and whilst I was passing I nipped into card factory and picked up 10 rolls for £1 (not the best quality but its for my own 3 ds's who don't pay any attention to the wrap)
My aim is to get 1 to 2 extended family gifts popped away each month then hopefully I won't be racing around like a lunatic the week before Christmas.

I am back to Mama, Salami didn't look right.
