did my 3 year old just have a seizure??

i just went in to check on my 3 year old boy, and he was lay on the bed jerking, carried on for about 10 seconds, was it a seizure, could it just be that he was startled by me opening the door, he is still asleep. what should i do, if anything??

no i havent, maybe it could be that his eyes are blurry! going to make an appointment yes it could have been that youngest was just shaking in his sleep, my eldest does sleeptalk and walk, maybe it was just a scary dream
