Waiting for transport to OOH with DD

DD (3.6) woke up today with what seemed like a cold, but then was sick everywhere and her temp shot up, was 38.6C, gave calpol and 90 mins later it was 39C, agve Calprofen and called NHS24 (Scotland)..who were concerned, as she seems really ill, and are sending a taxi to take her to out of hours GP.

Normally DH could drive us but of course he is at the Scottish Cup Final in Glasgow.

Am so stressed out.

Last time she had this it was a nasty ear infection, she just seems so unwell...

Taxi due in 20 mins, I got mixed up and was ready 30 mins early, so she has her coat on, is probably too hot now.

Glad she is feeling better Fanjo, dd2 always seems to recover as quick as the illness started. Hope you have a better day today xxx

Thanks! last time it took about 10 days but I don't think we caught it as quickly then!!

Feel like a quiet day but I don't think DD will let me!

phew, she is now bouncing on the bed like a trampoline, wouldn't believe it is the same child!!
