Hi,

thank you for taking the time to read this.

I’ve called 111 and am waiting for a response. For context, I went to the Drs today as my daughter has been unusually tired for about a month, complaining of tummy pain, night sweats and unable to walk as much. We’ve been scheduled blood tests for 2 weeks time. Whilst getting my daughter into the bath, I noticed a non blanching rash across her chest. I’ve called 111 and am now waiting for an out of hours dr to call me back. Should I wait, or take her to A&E?

Go with the non blanching rash.

They will always be glad you checked

Thank you everyone for your messages. We were in A&E until 4am, but she’s ok. Thankfully nothing scary, seems to be a viral infection. Just waiting for the results from her iron levels and D3 levels now.

thank you so much again

Glad to hear she's okay. Whilst that was the most likely outcome, it just wasn't worth taking the chance.
