There are about 4 more in the series. Called things like The secret of Killimoon (sp?), The secret Mountain. and two others.

I liked those, especially the secret island.

The Jack, Phillip, Dinah and Lucy (?) ones are the Adventure series, not to be confused with this Secret series. Nor with the Mystery series

I know far too much about Enid Blyton.

The Secret of Spiggy Holes was the one I had

I think Norah is one of the girls. Don't they run away as their foster partents are cruel to them and they become self-sufficient. They also get mixed up with a Prince Paul at some point as well.

I re-bought these from ebay recently. Secret Island makes me cry. DD thinks I'm mad.

I loved the Adventure series - the one set in Romania was my favourite. Didn't even know that it was a real country then!

There is also a terribly un-pc one where they end up in Africa - plane crash obviously! - if I'm thinking of the same series.

The Ring O'Bells mystery gave me nightmares .

I think the Secret Mountain was originally set abroad, but there was a tv series of the books which set it in Wales.

Maybe the Mountain of Adventure was set in Wales.
