I like the idea of having a name for my childminding business but am a bit stuck as to what it should be.

Anyone got any ideas to start me off?

My real name is Rebecca - may help!?

Skribble · 12/06/2005 23:16

I think Beccas anything sounds a bit downmarket- sorry.
The names associated with places sound better or even using your second name depending what it is, (Trotters Child Care -maybe not), the name play ones are great like Magical Minds.

Moomin · 13/06/2005 11:54

Little Acorns is better than Tiny Acorsn. Sorry but this reminds me of little willies (shall I get my coat?)!

Some of the nurseries round here are called:
Happylands
Sunbeams
Bundles of Fun
Little Hoots
Little Lodge
Wishing Well

Chyla · 13/06/2005 14:40

If I ever had a nursery, I would call it 'dolly daydreams'

Other names I like is Busy Badgers....if you live on a junction....Tots Junction

Kidz Klub

Rebecca's Rugrats

I want to say something with Boo in it.

Don't know why though.

goosey · 13/06/2005 19:52

Bibetty Bobbetty Boo

Gem13 · 13/06/2005 19:53

Toddle Inn?

peckarollover · 13/06/2005 19:54

Oooo gem13 that is good!

Might patronise the "older" ones though do you think?

OP posts:
Gem13 · 13/06/2005 20:03

You could sell the 'pub' idea to them!

Near me there is a Toddlers Inn but I think
Toddle Inn is cuter. It gives an air of independence too. Children can't wait to get there so they... toddle in.

peckarollover · 13/06/2005 20:26

Huddersfield Sunflowers?
