Silly question - does anyone have a recipe for diary free carrot cake?? DS3 has just requested one and he is lactose intolerant!!!

Well ladies, ive done a night shift as I couldnt sleep. THE STAFF ROOM IS OFFICIALLY PAINTED AND READY FOR ACTION. The new furniture is being brought it at 9.30. The empty gin bottle is in the new bin. Tada . I need a rest now .
