Whew! TFIF.

I promised my son and my nearly 6 yr old mindee that I would bake today. On the wish list is Choc Chip Cookies, blueberry muffins, apple muffins and Chocolate Crumble (???). DS who is 4.3 suggested the Chocolate Crumble.

Oh, dear! I have NO idea when I am going to be able to get the ingredients. I think I may cheat and buy the muffins and then make some chocolately crumbly thing tomorrow with DS.

I think I have the ingredients for Choc Chip Cookies..... let me go and have a look.

Crace, DH still in New York, this is 3 return dates that have passed the next one is tues (how many bets that this passes as well!!). Even if he does get back next week he is due to fly out again on the 1st, back to New York until the 21st (at least), and I agree even when he is here its very early morniings and late nights, so its not that much of a change but I do miss him (urgh sounds so soppy!!)

Well I did 3 loads of washing last night, and have no space to dry any more (tumble dryer still broken), so next load is waiting until the load in the airing cupboard is dry. Have also tidied through (why do we bother when our dc's just come in after us and trash the place!), taken the cat to the groomers and dealt with tired and ill children .....
