Hope this is allowed as seem to be some threads on people needing babysitters and people not being keen on sitters agency, so thought those who do offer a babysitting service could add details to this thread - if not ok please could some one delete it, dont want to get into trouble!!!

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN: six children from one family, four children from different families (such as cousins/friends sharing sitter).

QUALIFICATIONS: BSC community nursing, qualified childrens nurse, basic life support, behaviour management, child protection, GCSE child development.

EXPERIENCE: Nursing,nanny, night nanny, maternity nanny, proxy parent and babysitting experience of children 0-16yrs including newborns, prem babies, twins, triplets and children with special needs.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help, I am currently living in Dumbarton Scotland (g82 5dq) and my husband is in the Navy as I work nights I am stuck when he is away does anyone know anyone who works nights as a childminder? where I am from a lady used to do it for 3 pound an hour, I dont mind going to them or vice verser.

He shouldnt be going for a while now but trying to build up a list of names ready.

I would be happy for someone to stay at my house it would be 10-7.30 she would be asleep when you would arrive and all i need to her to be dressed and given b/fast in the morning.

i am not in scotland but just as a rough idea of prices i am in east midlands and offer an overnight service as a nanny and I charge £80 on a weeknight for 7pm-7am (and £100 at weekends) for children over 1yr old who sleep through the night. Otherwise if they are known to wake during the night i charge an hrly rate of £12 an hr.
