So please don't think me rude, I really don't want to be following on from my previous thread please tell me how much you pay your nanny gross and whether live-in or out and whether London or not.

Please name change

Any nannies who want to tell me their salary please do with a new name of course

I'm just wondering whether I need to abandon this and start my childcare arrangements all over again (maybe give up work ?)

Nannytinks, why don't you put a pic and some details of what you would be looking for in your profile. Maybe someone will spot it and be interested. If you are worried about your current employer spotting it, you don't have to say you are looking. Just say a bit about yourself. And we'l all get the jist of it.

Are you willing to move? :ive in? L:eave the country? What ages do you like to look after? And so on...

I pay £8.50 ph gross (South East). Our nanny is live-out, part-time (18.5 hours average per week), and brings her own two children with her. She has four weeks paid holiday officially but in reality six. I provide food for her children two days a week. Her hours include babysitting, when she has nothing else to do, and light housekeeping - so only six hours actual nannying in term time.

She is NNEB trained and has 12 years' sole charge experience
