Anyone know how to find out or work out ur pay day.. I've been awarded and received back pay a few weeks ago. I know payments are every 4 weeks but no clue as to when my payment is due to go in my bank?

jess12345678 · 07/02/2024 19:27

Hi, I have a scan date of 25/10. I haven't received a text or any letters either but I know my application was received as I called to update info in November. I'm week 15 now!

MrsLove5 · 07/02/2024 19:36

Mummato22024 · 07/02/2024 19:52

@jess12345678 yes diagnosed asd and to be fair we sent ample evidence dating back 2020 referrals and so much since, SALT reports from 2021, pead reports, school senco reports, his asd test findings. Plus childminder, nursery and school reports too along with our sleep logs and listings of problems we have at home too.

@WhereDidTheTimeGo888 tried to call but kept getting cut off. Will try trying, just want an update and trying to prepare myself.

Emma2345 · 07/02/2024 21:59

@Sarahdestiny hey they will likely back pay you the difference again once you change your circumstance award changes for example a (higher rate) they will work out the underpayment form what you should of been entitled to change ur payments to the correct amount then back pay you the remaining amount for example if they only backpaid you £2000 because you was on MRC but you was then found to be entitled to the HRC and you should of got £3000 from the date you made your claim to the date you got a decision then they would award you the £1000 back pay as you would of had an underpayment for that amount if that makes sense xx
