Do DM’s ever call on a mobile number? I’ve had two calls on numbers I’ve tried to call back over the last two days and they do not connect? So odd.

Texts are sent out at 15 weeks.

Hi, I've had two calls today from a mobile number who I don't recognise. I've managed to call back and leave an answerphone message though. No idea who it is but it was a standard O2 messaging service.

My scan date is 13/11. Some people say it could be end of March and some end of February so I've no idea! It's stressful isn't it 😫 When's your scan date? x

@Natbat87 yes I have seen, everyone gets told different and some are awarded such random times! I’m 22/11 xx

@Keddie I think it's been verified as it got added to this month's statement however the backpay needs to be calculated and it's taking a while for them to respond and calculate what's owed to us from October 6th. Have u had your back pay off universal credit if you don't mind me asking x

@Gracie1909 No nothing at all. I called today after the inital call with the DM to ask if they have agreed to the back pay and i had the stroppiest man ever CLIVE! he has put a note on my journal for me to have my questions answered before pm tomorrow. My UC is not due now until the 12th of March, I just wanted to know if that when the back pay would go in or will it be seperate? If back dated at all? Can they refuse to? Its beyond annoying chasing everyone for answers xx

@CometCupidDonnerBlitzen Hiya, same scan date 11/10 (2 letters and 1 text) called last week and was told it was with a decision maker. Will wait till tomorrow and if no text - will call them. Hang in there xxx

It’s good to see someone with the same date as me. The more I see late October the worse I feel. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you. Please come back and let us know what they say.

I came across this whennasking google if universal credit can refuse to backdate disabled child premium

However, the backdating rules are more generous for Universal Credit. Under Universal Credit, arrears of the disabled child addition should be automatically backdated either to the date your Universal Credit claim started or to the date that your child’s DLA award started – whichever is the most recent. This applies even if there was a delay in telling Universal Credit that your child is on DLA. If the Universal Credit office challenges this, call our freephone helpline.

Hi I'm still waiting also its showing on statement but still waiting on backpay from August 31st. Was verified then went to descision maker on 31st January. Just keep being told no timescale and cannot be escalated either x

@Tammy198311 it's absolutely ridiculous, Asif the wait for DLA isn't bad enough, now UC aswell. Yep they keep telling me the same thing that basically it will take as long as it takes and also they can't request it to be seen faster as no way of doing that. So annoying! Xx
