Yes feeling better, to cap the last month of feeling really awful, I put my hip out as well, but feeling alot more like myself today,

Not really just had a real bad dose of not sleeping, so by the time they are gone am just to knackered to even look at the pc.

I either need to sleep all the time or, just cant sleep, actually that is not true have no probs getting to sleep, but staying asleep is a different matter, by 3/4 in the morning am awake and that is it for the night.
