OMG!

Mindee has just arrived. His mum doesn't bother getting out of the car in the mornings. This morning, my bell is playing up, so mindee (7) was getting any response from me, so she beeped her horn until I heard! It was 7.40am! The whole street is awake now! Lazy moo!

Hi shoshe!

southernbelle77 · 07/02/2008 19:32

here

And a special non-alcoholic one for you, Looney and Crace (unless you want alcoholic that is!)

looneytune · 07/02/2008 19:56

No, give me bloody alcohol woman, it's 'virtual' after all!!! It's my birthday next week and I'll be having non-alcoholic cocktails!

crace - i must say, i've had a couple of spritzers (mostly lemonade) at Christmas but felt guilty but maybe a bit more won't hurt. Having said that, all we have in the house is lager!

looneytune · 07/02/2008 19:59

I really feel like a drink after being on the phone to a childminder friend. I was having my scan on Tuesday so missed childminder drop in but my friend (they probably didn't realise how friendly we are as this cm is about my mums age) said that I was being talked about. Some stupid foster carer woman who doesn't have a clue about the whole situation was saying she didn't agree about me being paid double and getting rid of the sisters for it. She has NO IDEA about the nightmare I've had with the parents!!! And I gave her a bloody lift to a meal out recently!!!

southernbelle77 · 07/02/2008 20:00

Alcohol all the way it is then

looneytune · 07/02/2008 20:03

Go on, pour it in!!!

southernbelle77 · 07/02/2008 20:11

No glass required!

southernbelle77 · 07/02/2008 20:12

That is awful that they were talking about you behind your back. Especially given they do not know the whole situation and clearly are more interested in gossip than facts and reason.

looneytune · 07/02/2008 20:21

I know, I'm so fuming about it. I mean ffs, I didn't just dump the others girls with no thought. I'd been thinking long and hard for months and months (you lot know) about giving notice due to how I was treated and it was a very hard decision.

southernbelle77 · 07/02/2008 20:25

KatyMac · 07/02/2008 20:28

It's a bit big and sort of puffy

I guess it might be OK when I've washed it but.....

KatyMac · 07/02/2008 21:04

I've had a job application from a 17yo lad....?

MaureenMLove · 07/02/2008 21:07

Oh Katy! I'm sure it'll be fine, once you've tweaked it, how you like it. That's why I only ever go for a wet cut! I always say, I'm going home for a bath and I'll dry it myself.

Did you get it coloured too?
