I've just got the post and I still haven't got these holiday details! I'm begining to think its not real! I e-mailed HQ on Monday and they said they'd chase it, which I'm sure they have, but my friends are starting to doubt it all now. I was on a complete high last week and now its all gone. Shall I speak to HQ again or give them a break and stop bothering them. I don't want to appear desparate!

im very today...still no contact from mindee about hours this week!!!!!..FGS its wednesday!...have offered thursdays to other mindee as this other mindee had been using them but then changed..i need to know what im doing so if other mindee wants this day they can have it and THIS mindee will have to come other day or look elsewere..i know parent is on shifts, but she CAN give me them 4 weeks in advance..just doesnt!

her child has been with me almost a year, one day a week, was always a certain day although i was flexible, but then ive had 6 weeks of another day(today) but no word on anything????

and also...cant stop baby mindee(1yr) from crying today..screaming crying..no pain/nappy fine, not hungry/thirsty, just creaming!

I think you really need to pin her down at the front door and tell her like it is. Surely, she must understand that you are running a business and like Crace says, it'll have to be first come, first served. I'd help her along, by giving her a page of a calendar that she can fill in and give back to you. Tell her, its this way or not at all. You need to plan things for her lo and the other mindees and you can't unless you know what's going on.

Mo - it took a while for me to get details whenever I've won on MN. Think a friendly "hello have you forgotten me" email would be better than a shouty "where the feck is my holiday!" type

looney i had that this week mon/tues two little ones once 1 crys the other one started went to bed so early last night, dh said i should be gald i can only hear from 1 ear (i am going to the docs about it on friday)(the ear that is not the crying bebies )

Sorry you've still not heard about the holiday Mo. I'm sure it's just a question of not every one being as efficient as you and it will just take them a little longer!

DD asleep and mindees both sleeping (well one is sleeping/whining/sleeping/whining and the other coughing in his sleep!) so I'm enjoying the peace! Should get some lumch really!

Henni runs in like a headless chicken, thoroughly crap day, mindee 2 fell hurt self badly, inconsolable (very unlike mindee), ended up fetching both parents out from work to collect, luckily my emergency minder was at hand to pick up mindee one from nursery. Just waiting to see if mindee being taken to hospital.

Prospetive parents haven't arrived to see me and aren't nswering their phone wouldn't mind if they'd phoned to cancel but they haven't.
