I have been subject to bulling, humiliation, and threatening by parents

who breached their NCMA contract, didn't pay me, and threatened me and my family to terminate my contract without any notice.

I have suffered from them for more than 13 days I fear they may harm me, my family or other children I care for, or submit untrue complaints against me to damage my career and deter me from pursuing my legitimate and legal rights.

resons of the termination of childminding contract that i put the baby gloves for the baby for the most of the day when i found its safer for the baby!!

Nonna, this is no longer a childminding matter if both of you have agreed and signed a termination of contract. Contact the police and let them deal with it.

then what about the ofsted they didn,t support the chidminder
even they didn,t report my message
even ncma legal advice didn,t ring me back???? i did call them last monday. i need to know who is support us as childminders?????

Nonna, you need to chalk this one up to experience. If he comes near you again, then call the police. Ofstead and NCMA will not help now, as you have terminated the contract.

Just remember, for future contracts, make sure that everyone is clear on what the terms and conditions are.
